It seems to me, that Schraf's message 3 was actually intended as a reply to the "Louisiana Governor Candidates Support Teaching of Creationism" topic.

The final(?) word in this topic
I must agree with Buz, that Schraf's title for this topic is rather harsh (note the "rather", which supplies the requisite mushiness in the sentence). The title is something that such as I would expect out of the now suspended SLPx.
Admin and I did have a bit of an e-mail debate on the topic of abrasive behavior from member(s) of the evo side. AdminTC and AdminQuility were also in the loop, although I don't recall whether or not they gave any input. Anyhow, the question was, would we be favoring the evo side, if we acted to suppress said abrasive behavior by members of the evo side of the debate? Does taking part in the forum include the right to make yourself appear to be an obnoxious twit? Essentially, the answer to both of these questions seemed to work out as being yes.
So (and this is coming from the minnemooseus mode), I would encourage Schraf to try to be kinder and gentler.
All that said, this topic seems to have fragmented into 3 or 4 topics. I'm going to shut it down.
I refer you to two minnemooseus started topics:
What if creationism did get into the science class
and
Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone dies in plane crash.
There is also the "Louisiana Governor" topic that I mentioned up string.
Schraf or Buz may be interested in starting some sort of variation (or version 2) of this topic.
As always, the two topics listed below, are available for discussion of administrative actions.
Cheers,
Adminnemooseus
