Is there a way to register (and unregister) for a thread. By that I mean I would like to be notified when any new post is submitted to a particular thread. If not, can it be done? (To be more accurate, it can be done, but do you think it would be worth the effort?)
To be efficient, after registering I would be notified of the next post, then not be notified until I visit the thread. My registeration could be canceled by either my visit or by the first notification email sent to me. When I visit the thread, I could register again. Registration would need to be simple such as a button click.

Hello Admin,
I do elect to receive notifications to my posts and to the threads I initiate. In addition, I want the ability to be notified when ANYONE replies to a thread that I find interesting. Not all interesting replies are directed to me. From your earlier post I conclude that you understand this and will or have put my suggestion under consideration.
Thanks for your time,
bkelly
