I have decided that I made a substantial mistake in promoting this topic from the "Proposed New Topics" forum. I should have asked for revisions.The geologic thoughts of message 1 are badly flawed (non-admin mode opinion). Despite or perhaps because of this, I (admin mode) thought the topic had a lot of potential for interesting discussion - Thus I got over enthusiastic and did the promotion.I encourage you to submit a new version of your thoughts of this topic, as a new "Proposed New Topic". As per what I already said in this topic, please keep the halo considerations out of the message. They have been and are better covered in the "Dates and Dating" forum.I do like the topic potential. But I do think it needs to get off to a better start.I suggest Granite as a "Genesis Rock" as the new topic title.
