Crash, Do you have any proof Dole recieved a Senators pay while he campaigned (thought Dole resigned), its the taxpayers that are footing the salary, its campaign fraud, and interestingly Kerry refuses to resign, its not like he needs the money, its not leading by example, etc...

Re: Kerry wimped!
Crash, Kerry likely thought he had what it took to be a swiftboat officer, but by his wimpin out, it only supports the claims of the Vets, that he used minor scrapes (cashed in these chips)to get out of service.
So... was the guy who decides whether or not you get sent home just out taking a whiz the whole time Kerry was in service?
Last I heard, it was kind of hard to leave the army, especially during wartime. They don't let you go on the basis of having an owie.
Seriously, are there any vets around who could tell us how many people Kerry would have to bamboozle in order to pass off a minor scrape as a reason to be discharged from service? (Especially when you throw not one, not two, but three purple hearts into the mix?)
Because as it stands, this whole "wimpin" theory sounds like a good reason to break out the tin foil hats.

Re: Don't Be Modest
MrHambre, If you look back at the article, it was written a bit in satire(making a bit of fun off Kerry credentials), but the point was Kerry was a c - student while at Yale, its suggestive that Kerry recieved a bachelor of arts, while George recieve a MB A degree. Kerry however later in life recieved his law degree, likely cause he couldn't make a living on his gift of gab, if he wasn't in politics, etc...
P.S. If what I wrote is wrong, if Mr. John Kerry graduated from Yale with a higher grade point, or degree, then please correct me, etc...

Re: Kerry wimped!
I don't believe Kerry was discharged from the service, it was his ticket out of Vietnam, to a cushy States job. The reason he joined the navy was highly likely to prevent the chance he would be drafted into the marines, army, etc...
P.S. I agree the Vets likely wondering how he pulled the strings to get out of Vietnam, earlier in this thread it talks about his injuries didn't require loss of time in the field, this fact alone supports the Vets premise that Kerry wimped. Senator Dole's purple heart near killed him, and he to my recollection did the right thing and resigned from the Senate when running for president.

Whatever, whatever
whatever wonders:

Let me get this straight. Kerry was such a craven coward that, to avoid the prospect of being drafted, he volunteered for the Armed Forces. He was also such a pussy that he was awarded three Purple Hearts.
Oh, okay. I thought for a minute you were just a barking Republican moron taking potshots at Kerry, but now I see how cogent your argument is. Carry on.

Okay, but either way... he was taken out of active combat? So once again, was the guy who sizes up injuries just out taking a whiz?

I can't help but to post some more interesting information about the publisher of this book, Regenery Publishing. Granted, this may be arguably an ad hominem, but I do think it has some merit on the credibility of the book itself:
http://www.oliverwillis.com/node/view/281
And here's an interesting dating service by William Regenery:
quote:
Sites: Dating the White Way
Newsweek
Aug. 9 issue - It's hard for white separatists to get a date. And not just for the reasons that you think. Part of the problem is that there are no whites-only dating services, says William Regnery, publisher of The Occidental Quarterly, a magazine that espouses white nationalism and whose statement of principles calls for limiting immigration to "selected people of European ancestry."
Regnery's now preparing to enter the markethe recently announced the idea of a racially exclusive dating Web site in a letter to subscribers. He says he's worried about the declining percentage of whites in the population and hopes a dating site would increase the number of white families, "since the survival of our race depends upon our people marrying, reproducing and parenting." Such fears tap into the "common paranoid fantasy" of white separatists, says Mark Potok of the watchdog Southern Poverty Law Center. But Regnery defends the whites-only matchmaking idea, insisting that it is no different from sites run for Jewish singles. "I'm sure you're familiar with JDate," he says, naming one Jewish-dating site. "It's huge, and there are a variety of other ones for ethnic, religious [and] special-interest groups." For now, Regnery's project has no domain name and no start date. "This is still a gleam in the eye of the beholder," he says.

Kerry supports job outsourcing
I find it interesting the implications that Kerry is Jewish, and married to a Jewish wife, but that aside his wife Teresa has 55 of her 67 plants located oversea's, with Kerry talking about keeping jobs in America which conflicts with the jobs outsourced by Teresa & Kerry, proving they are part of the problem, etc...
http://www.conspiracyworld.com/index0090.htm
John Kerry, Jewish son of a wealthy Wall Street family, the Kohns of New York and Boston
The Heinz corporation, the majority of which is owned by Kerry's Jewish wife, Teresa, has located 55 of its 67 plants overseas, resulting in tens of thousands of Americans losing their jobs.

Re: Kerry supports job outsourcing
And where do you get your information? Theresa Kerry doesn't even own a plurality of the Heinz company, let alone majority voting stock.

Re: Kerry supports job outsourcing
Asgara, It does appear the Kerry's no longer own the Heintz company, however they own close to 4 % in the Heinz company, so they are in essense majorly supporting a company that has outsourced american jobs.
P.S. Kerry say's in his campaign adds he believes in not supporting American buisnesses that outsource jobs overseas, in reality, the Kerry's are personally supporting buisnesses that have outsourced American jobs, etc...

Re: Kerry supports job outsourcing
Actually, the Heinz company is not owned by the Kerry's and if you will remember, Mrs. Kerry was earlier married to a very Republican Senator. So the Heinz side and influence would more likely be Republican in nature and behaviour than Democrat.
