Some of the correspondences seem strained to me. It seems that the author of that blog is saying, "Here, Exodus mentions people dying, here the Ipuwer Papyrus mentions people dying -- hey! they must be referring to the same event."
The correpsondences don't seem all that close, in my opinion.

My interest lay more in the authenticity of the papyrus. Has it been shown to be a fake or is it genuine?

People seem to think that it's authentic.

Re: Greek independent cross-verification of the OT books.

The problem with your evidence is that the fact that actual people are mentioned is not evidence that the story is true, that the people you mention lived 1000 years after the supposed Exodus, and that it is in no way evidence in support of the actuality of the Exodus fiction.
Yes, it is evidence if the names and historical data is authentic and contemporary. This is how king david was evidenced in the Tel Dan find. There is no video recording of the event.

I'm sorry but your post is simply nonsense.
But thanks for posting so the readers can see just how ridiculous your position really is.

Keep It Civil
I have not taken time to visit this thread until now. I did'nt read it all but scanned it fairly thoroughly. I need to remind IMJ's counterparts, especially the ones who've not treated IMJ very civily that he's went to a whole lot of work here trying to keep up with the pack. I'm not saying he's got it all right. I read enough to see that he has posted some sensible arguments so as to make it an interesting debate and a challenge to the opposition.
Brian needs to stop calling for IMJ's authentication of the Davidic kingdom which is not the topic. Others as well appear to have led him off on occasion into off topic material. It's not only bad for the thread but if he doesn't respond he's accused of not supporting. Perhaps some of this leading off topic is of IMJ's own doing. Other moderators have taken care of that.
Jar, in particular needs to treat the counterpart in a more civil manner in responses whether it be IAJ or anyone else.
I'll be watching the thread to see that all members are treated in a respectful manner. Carry on.
