These verses in Jeremiah are the best advice I can give you.
I fail to see how a letter written from Jeremiah to the remnant of the elders which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon can be relevant to us gentiles living in this time so as to communicate with YHWH.
I read that section as being YHWH's promise that the captivity/exile will end soon, and nothing more.
