Connecticut?Each state is assigned prefixes that are not shared with

408-415.In Connecticut the prefix is 040-049. Obama's prefix is
042.It might be that, especially since 1972, that someone
applying for a SSN who resides in Connecticut could be
issued a SSN with a Connecticut prefix. But, Obama never
lived in Connecticut.It has not been shown that he ever visited Connecticut
before running for president.Liberals who claim that Conservatives make stuff up

You are an idiot.I.have a brother that had a similar situation. Back then they were not issued at birth. When I was 10 and my brother 12 we applied for SSNs. We got completely different starting #'s. Mine matched PA where we lived. My brothers matched with NC. It was obviously a key stroke error. If you changed the starting digit of our zip code from a 1 to a 2 it tied to a NC address.
