Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
Paulk, Exodus 15:27 "And they came to Elim, where
twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm
trees,: and they credit there by the water."
The twelve wells at Elim, in SA, are still there. So are
many palm trees.
Places at this site are named after Moses.
Check it out.
Does this make believe site in the Peninsula have these
twelve wells?

Sounds like Oyun Musa - but that is in Egypt. Want to say why your site is the correct one, given that names are uncertain evidence - as you admit.

Paulk, Exodus 19:18 "And Mount Sinai was altogether on
a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and
the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace,
and the whole mount quaked greatly."
The top of Mount Sinai (Jabal al Lawz) is black. No other
mountain in the area are.
When the rocks are turned over, the undersides are brown.
Can you say the same about your place in the Egyptian
Peninsula?

Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
Paulk, 1Kings 19:8-9 states that Elijah spent forty days
and forty nights in a cave in Mount Horeb (Jabal al Lawz).
There is such a cave on Mount Sinai (Jabal al Lawz) it
measures 15'h X 20'w x 20'd.
Does your Mount in the Egyptian Sinai have a cave?

The dark colour of the rocks at Jabal Maqla- which is the mountain you refer to - is due to a layer of darker rock (hornfels, rather than the paler granite beneath). It’s not the result of any event in the last few thousand years. Odd that your “decades” of research hadn’t found that out.
If you have “overwhelming evidence” why are you wasting time with stuff like this?

Paulk, Exodus 24:4 "And Moses...rose up early in the
morning, an builded an altar under the hill, and twelve
pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel."
There is such an altar at Jabal al Lawz. There is also
evidence where twelve pillars were erected. A few of
the pillars still stand.
Does the sight in the Peninsula have such an altar and
pillars?

Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
You’re seriously arguing that the presence of a cave is significant evidence? And yes, the traditional location has caves.

Doing a little reasearch myself, these identifications are extremely dubious. Again, far from the “overwhelming evidence” you claimed.
What next? Are you going to say that since Paul said Mt Sinai was in Arabia he meant Saudi Arabia? That’s one of the standard lines from the Wyatt camp. It’s also pretty stupid for reasons that should be obvious.

Paulk, Exodus 17:6 "Behold, I will stand before thee
there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite
the rock, and there shall water come out of it, that
the people may drink. Anyone's did so..."
Isaiah 48:21 (NIV) "They did not thirst when he led
them through the deserts; He made water flow for
them from the rock; he split the rock and water gushed
out."
The split rock is still there. And the rocks at the base of
it are smooth from water flowing over them.
Check it out for yourself.
Is there such a rock at your Mount Sinai site?

To the best of my knowledge, split rocks aren’t that rare. And if I remember correctly there wasn’t much evidence of water.

Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
Paulk, Exodus 32 tell about the Israelite making a golden
calf while Moses was on the mountain.
Aaron built an altar on which to place the golden calf.
The altar is still there.
There are several petroglyphs of calves and bulls on large
boulders, much like those in Egypt.
There is a circular area where Moses could have ground
the golden calf down.
The valley at Jabal al Laws is about 10,000 acres in size.
It was large enough to accommodate the Israelites.
After Mosez came down from the mountain and saw the
golden calf, he had 3000 put to death. Exodus 32:28.
Four Miles from the site is a burial sit of perhaps 400
yards.
The headstones ate upright, which is forbidden in Islam.
"The rock distribution pattern and uniform degree of
patina suggests a concentrated period of activity, not a
serial accuracy over centuries."
Dr. Gen Fritz, "The Exodus Mysteries: of Midian, Sinai, and
Jabal al Lawz."
Does your site in the Egyptian Peninsula have anything
like this?

Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
Paulk, at Mount Sinai (Jabal al Lawz) we have the cave
of Elijah; altar of Moses; wells; golden calf altar; an old
stream that ran down: blackened top; 3000 graves
cemetary; lakebed; petroglyphs of bulls; and, Moses'
speaking platform located a little ways up the mountain.
The name for Moses in SA is Mousa and/or Mustafa.
Many places in that area was named after Mousa.
Jabal Mousa.
Valley of Mousa.
Well if Mousa.
Land of Mousa.
ETC.
the Saudi government has a fence around the area. It is
kept under guard, with signs in both Arabic and English
warning against entrance.
The Jihad and the Saudi's have no doubt that this was
the mountain of Moses (Mousa, Mustafa).
They say they want to preserve and protect such a high
religious site. They want to preserve it.
Their reasons for guarding the site might be true. However,
They might want to keep the fact that the Israelites
sojourned so long in their land a secret.
Now I want to hear all your evidence of St. Catherine
Monastery being on the so-called Mt. Sinai in the
Peninsula.

Re: Jewish chronicles and the big
Paulk, if split rocks are not that rare, then it should be
quite simple for you to tell us about the one in the
Peninsula.
The one at Mount Sinai is big enough for a man to walk
though.

Well, I personally am glad that candle2 is wasting all his time on utterly worthless religious nonsense instead of trying to destroy science education.
Besides, watching utterly stupid religious blatherings does have some entertainment value.
