Bizzare
Matches over 50%:
1. Unitarian Universalism (100%)
2. Liberal Quakers (95%)
3. Neo-Pagan (87%)
4. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (87%)
5. New Age (86%)
6. New Thought (86%)
7. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (84%)
8. Mahayana Buddhism (84%)
9. Taoism (76%)
10. Scientology (75%)
11. Hinduism (70%)
12. Theravada Buddhism (66%)
13. Reform Judaism (59%)
14. Secular Humanism (59%)
15. Bah' Faith (52%)
16. Sikhism (50%)
I guess I need to find a liberal Protestant new-age new-thought Quaker Church so I can gather with kindred spirits. Or if I cant find one, a Unitarian Church will do, obviously the'll take anyone, even me.

in the last daze
It would be interesting to know what belief came in dead last for you as well.
Mine was 'Jehovah's Witness'... which reminds me of a joke!
Q. What do you get when you cross a Jehovah's Witness with a Unitarian?
A. Someone who knocks on your door and asks you what it's all about.

fairly predictable.
all returns over 50%
1. Secular Humanism (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (100%)
3. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (95%)
4. Liberal Quakers (92%)
5. Nontheist (74%)
6. Neo-Pagan (64%)
7. Theravada Buddhism (62%)
8. Bah' Faith (56%)
9. New Age (53%)
resonably predictable
abe--
THough I do have to question their scoring as surely the questions regarding the existance of a god/s should exclude some of these as being matches....
But I guess it was interesting to how close some standpoints are despite that one cruical point.

Of all the people polled so far
12 out of 13 have UU within the top two choices. only one is below the 90% level.
9 out of 13 have secular humanism within the top two choices.
9 of 13 have both UU and SH within the top two choices.
Ringo's results were not included in this--he was testing the system, and ended up with a bunch of religious choices being equal, and at 100%.
[abe: ringo's second result's are now being included]
just thought you all might find this interesting.

I suspect that means that the author(s) of the test don't know anything about Baha'is, Christian Scientists, Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses - i.e. they lumped them into the "none of the above" category to appear inclusive.
Here are my more "honest" results (i.e. I read the questions this time):
1. Secular Humanism (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (99%)
3. Liberal Quakers (88%)
4. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (83%)
5. Theravada Buddhism (71%)
6. Nontheist (68%)
7. Neo-Pagan (68%)
8. Bahá'í Faith (55%)
9. New Age (53%)
10. Taoism (50%)

eck im a liberal , new age, pagen hippy ... dang where is my kaftan
i can see why it put me as libbi , as the questions only dealt with some aspects of my views , like certain rights .. but with out asking about the responcabilities that would go with them , that would make me seem more rightist .
also i well know my views are not orthodox . guess thats the 51% diff from lib to ortho quaker ... guess i better pop down to plymouth today and get in touch with the roots to see if i agree ..
