since when does it need to be warm out for anyone to get lit?

Oh, being from Minnesnowta, I am well aware of that fact.However, that notwithstanding, it does put a damper on a bender when the weather changes mid binge and one has to devote some of one's attention to the question of whether the change is significant enough to require a change in attire.
