From you. Why do you think you need to take in fuel?
So then...why don't you get a voltage drop if you stop eating? Hmmmmm?
That electric keeps generating ALL THE TIME.

Sidelined answered this one in the same post, you just didn't catch it. Look at the first sentence in the article: "Here is the way the brain generates electrical impulses."
Saying the the body contains CHARGED MOLECULES does NOT tell me the source of the charge.
What is CHARGING THEM?
It HAS TO BE a soul and spirit. It is the ONLY logical explanation.

You do. It's called dying.

Until the body runs out of fuel, yes.
You seem to be under the impression that when you eat, the body turns it all to energy at once. This is not the case. Most of it is stored in fat cells, and tapped when it's needed.
However, if you go long enough without eating, there'll be nothing left to tap. Your body will stop being able to fuel your brain.

Let's run a little experiment, then. Don't eat for a month. See how well your soul and spirit provide energy.

Wise responds to me:

You didn't really think that the god that truly exists is the Christian one, did you?
That is the ONLY one I felt.
No, that is what you think you felt.
Are you absolutely certain that the source behind what you felt wasn't playing a trick on you?
At any rate, your response is irrelevant. You claim was a question of "what if atheists are wrong." Well, that means nothing. Just because atheists are wrong doesn't mean you are right. There are a plethora of religions out there. Both you and atheists might both be wrong.
It is quite possible that the source behind all existence is a trickster and deliberately tries to make people believe in things that aren't true in order to weed out the gullible from those who need to be taught a lesson.
Nobody denies what you felt.
The problem is in regard to your claim that what you felt has the cosmic significance you are ascribing to it.

To be more precise, you're asking about energy, not power. Power is the rate of doing work. Work is a force and movement in the direction of the force. Energy is the capacity for doing work.
And The Answer Is.... The sun! (and, to a lesser degree, geothermal energy from radioactive decay).
If you think that the sun is some sort of spiritual being, by all means, resurrect sun worship. It'll be interesting.

I hope this post is a joke, if not I worry about your knowledge of chemistry and physiology. Makes me wonder about you knowledge as it relates to arguing the finer points of evolution.
A positive charge is obtained if the number of electrons is less than the total number of protons in an atom/molecule. A negative charge is obtained if there are more electrons than protons in an atom/molecule. An atom will give up or take on electrons in order to stabilize its outer ring of electrons, or outer valence. The number of protons stays the same. Take table salt, for example. The forumula is NaCl. When dissolved in water, the sodium and chloride disassociate to create two ions (charge carrying atoms). They are Na+ and Cl-.
Your nerve cells (axons) create an imbalance of charges, negative ions on the inside and positive ions on the outside, through ion selective channels which allows them create a membrane potential. A lot of people like to equate nerve impulses to electrical impulses. However, this is not entirely true. Electrical impulses are moving negative charge (electrons) while nerve impulses are a travelling wave of positive charge. This is a simple overview, look here for a better explanation.
BTW, even the simplest creatures, such as squids, use the same method for nerve impulses. Are you saying that squids have a soul the same as humans?

Hi,
Sure he sent me somewhere. I am RIGHT HERE.
So He sent you back to make a tit out of God, seems strange to me.
NOPE. I SAW what I SAW and FELT what I FELT.
Yes, and Hindus and Sikhs and every other follower of any god in the celestial zoo SAW what they SAW and FELT what they FELT. You totally ignore this fact in your reply, probably because it kills your fantasy stone dead.
NEVER quite got that far but IT WAS CLOSE.
Oh, you mean a bit closer and you may have seen Krishna?
I am the MOST SANE person around
Well that is highly debatable, but you miss the point again.
IF God wanted to send anyone back to inform athiests of anything then He would make sure that His representative was capable of doing a good job. If that representative was not a very good speaker, a la Moses, then He would put the words in Moses' mouth. Also, if His representative was a mindless moron with an IQ of about 12, then He would also put the words in the moron's mouth. Therefore, since your posts are almost entirely filled with utter drivel and you seem incapable of adding 2 and 2 together, I think it is safe to assume that God isn't using you for anything.
That's not what I HEARD.
Well since you are very poorly educated about most things, I am not surprised that you haven't taken the time to research this at all. It is fairly common knowledge that people from all faiths have NDE's and that many different gods have been 'seen' and 'felt'.
I also know of a man whose wife was in a comba and when she came to said that "all she saw was darkness". They were BOTH unbelievers and it shook him up severely.
This is a great example of your short circuiting brain, do you ever actually think about what you post?
If they were both unbelievers, and she saw nothing but darkness then that supports their stance as non-believers!
What would have shook them up would have been if she saw the Jesus character or another god, then they would have 'proof' that they were wrong.
This just supports my view that during a NDE you see what you expect to see. As an unbeliever I would expect to see nothing but darkness, as a believer you would expect to 'see' or 'feel' god. You experienced your God and the women experienced exactly what she expected.
Look....I HAD an NDE.
No one is denying that you had a NDE, what is up for question is whether what you think you experienced during this was real or not. Something certainly must have happened to you, your behaviour at this forum certainly isn't that of a rational individual.
Now , if you cannot contribute
You mean other than ask very relevant questions! LOL You still haven't explained how all the NDE's who have experienced a different god from you are mistaken. Maybe you can contribute something?
then perhaps you can tell me how an NDE evolved.
Sure, no problem.
Once upon a time there was a wee boy called 'wise'. This wee boy had his life polluted every second of the day by xians telling him how wondereful god is and Jesus was a great saviour.
One day while 'wise' was at his school for special educational needs, the teacher showed the class a video about NDE's, 'wise' was intrigued by this and it was a big talking point for about ten minutes, which was 'wise's' upper limit of concentration.
A long time after that, and older 'wise' was wandering about and an idea jumped into his head. Stunned by this rare experience 'wise' staggered onto the street and into the path of a truck. Whilst splattered by the truck, 'wise' suddenly remembered the video from his special school, and suddenly 'wise's' thought of a NDE evolved into a fully fledged experience. 'Wise' has never been the same since, he still staggers a round mumbling meaningless nonsense, only now he adds a 'Jesus' here and there and has an addiction to posting pictures of God's sphincter on Internet forums.
Brian.

Evolution has no fine points. Its not even Science. But that would be OFF topic

Animals could VERY WELL have some *SORT of a soul albeit DIFFERENT from humans.
But yet you still have NOT EXPLAINED the SOURCE of energy.
Your describtion is akin to taking an alternator out of a car and hooking it up to an electric motor with a drive belt. If you begin to turn the unit by hand one would suspect the generator to generate electricty to run the motor. It WOULD ...but once you LET GO it STOPS.
Now, where do those negative and positive ions COME FROM?
The only LOGICAL answer is a SOUL and SPIRIT.

No doubt that without light all life would cease to exist at some point or another.
*Light was Gods FIRST creation before life began.
But then again, does our voltage drop when the sun goes down?

This was a GENUINE NDE.
