dunno. sounds like a fun trial to rig though. it'd like be a reverse-scopes/monkey trial.

You could sure complain, pointing out that the professor was not teaching accepted scientific theories. Remember, theories are accepted by the scientific community, not by school boards or pastors.

I think the opposite question is interesting as well. Could you sue your teacher/professor if they ridiculed creationism and ID in a religious sense?

you can sue for anything, its getting your case heard and then won thats the trick. And I hope that these cases are never heard, and if they are that they are laughed out of court
