Re: can't touch this.
well,I hope you know also that those men had to write the bible just the way God told them to write it.
Man couldn't mess up God's word without God fixing it.God takes care of his word, that is more evidence. It's been around much longer than the ideas of evolution, and people and monkeys still cannot interbreed, and don't think they didn't try it already. As perverted as it is,they have. Some even go as far as to say that A.I.D.'s came from monkeys.
I don't know what evidence you claim,but I haven't seen it.

Re: Let us ask but not conclude
False religions invent their own bibles, didn't you know that?
Whatever you could learn I know I could learn, but unlike you I cannot denie the evidence of God.I know he lives. You don't.There is the difference and please try to respect this.
What you say and what I say are way apart from one another.I cannot accept what you tell me because you believe in what man tells you.

I'm not a crowd pleases like you. I can stand on my own.
I'll learn all the science and the math and then I'll come after you!
Math and science does not support you,how many scientists do you need to hear tell you that?
You believe in materialism, but just you wait,I'll come back just for you!

So you know little about science, but yet you feel you can tell 100's of thousands of scientists they are wrong. Creationists make up less that 0.1% of all scientists within biology. So maybe I should as you how many scientists does it take before you start listening.

Re: Let us ask but not conclude
Christians do not sit in the middle. The bible does not support what you claim it does.Science is not on your side if you believe evolution.Scientists still try to tell people this so why can't you hear them. You can study science,math,ect....and still not jump to the same assumptions and conclusions that you have.
Elovution ideas may claim science yet science doesn't claim it!
Evolution is a religion, and it's based on materialism.

Re: can't touch this.
Des,
Once again,
>inerrancy of the bible
>people and monkeys interbreeding
>AIDS and wild monkey sex
OFF TOPIC
If you wish to discuss biblical accuracy and Inerrancy we have a whole separate forum to do it in.
If you wish to discuss biological evolution we have a whole separate forum to do it in.
Heck, if you want to discuss wild monkey sex you could possibly do it in this forum.
Please find an appropriate thread in one of the above linked fora or propose your own new thread here.

Re: Let us ask but not conclude
Please research that again.
You have that all backwards.
You cannot call evolution science not
matter how you try to do it,it's not
science.
I have no problem with science and real
science has no problem with me.
anything can be distorted and twisted.
I don't tell you that you have no right to
believe what you do,and you have no right to
judge me either.
Science is not evolution.Evolution has a mind and
an agenda all on it's on and can't be called science.

WOW, what do you know...a whole separate forum to discuss IS IT SCIENCE
Will wonders never cease...
Temporarily closing this one down to give Des and her opponants a chance to find more appropriate fora for the multiple claims going on here.

Opening this thread back up.
Can we at least ATTEMPT to keep in the general ball-park of cosmology?
Des, there are numerous forums and threads for a multitude of topics here. Posting any stream of thought idea that pops into your head and doesn't address the topic is bad debating and something that is frowned upon here.

At the risk of being off topic (Sorry)!
Des,
You can claim 'evolution' is not science until you are blue in the face - but that doesn't make it so.
You say that you support 'real science' but somehow are against evolution which I would tender is real science.
Last time I checked you are not the arbiter of what is and what isn't science.
In fact what is and what isn't science in your view should be replaced with the phrase - what I agree with is science but what I don't agree with is not science. One could say that it not a 'scientific' approach.
Perhaps you could inform us of the wealth of scientific expertise that you posess that enable these sweeping statements of yours. Or is it, as I think more likely, more useless appeals from a personal incredulity.

Hi Des,
You said:
Sharing DNA over and over again breaks down the immune system so that the body becomes sick alot easier.
Do you think that maybe people should stop sharing DNA?

I believe that with all the DNA sharing that goes on in the world,it's nothing short of a miracle that DNA is still in good shape compared to what one might expect it to be in.

DNA is very precious and it's very much a miracle that it's not in
worse shape than it is.
Explain to me what the hell you mean by "sharing DNA?" And don't try to get off the subject. Tell me the technicality of this "sharing DNA."
Also, a long time ago I asked you to name the 4 nucleotides of DNA and the 4 nucleotides of RNA. I'm still waiting for the answer.
Edited:
And since you are such an expert in DNA, could you tell the rest of us the shape of a DNA strand and what bases pair with what bases?

Re: Falling stars
O.K. Lam,I mean the basic way people share DNA,via alot of open mouth Kissing, intercourse with several people, especially but not limited to,in a short amount of time, chronic uncleanliness and sharing your body with others while showering and bathing are neglected, not brushing teeth and kissing as many people as you can.
I am going to share with you what I learn about DNA,I know some about it,and still learning more and I'd love to share it with you.Hold onto your pants for a minute or an hour whichever it takes.
You should know already how people get sick anyway.

Re: Falling stars
I think people should use alot more caution, and I think marriage to one person if that is possible today,is the best and safest way to share your DNA if both people can be trusted to stay true to the marriage.People could definately benefit from being more careful about it.
After 9/11 many people who donated blood found out they had A.I.D.'s and other STD's and their blood had to be turned down.Isn't that caused by sharing DNA? I believe it is.
