Re: The First Target of Retribution: Jack Smith
I hope they do investigate Jack Smith, and do a thorough job showing that there was nothing for tRUMP to be prosecuted[/s].

Re: The First Target of Retribution: Jack Smith
That's the first time I've used the satire tag, and may not have gotten it right (there probably should have been a "[s]" at the start, but that would make it a real "strike through" code). See TEST.
But seriously, the Republicans can try all the retribution they want against Jack Smith and others. Keep the Jack Smith vs tRUMP case alive. Doing retribution can only make Democrats look good and Republicans (including tRUMP) look fascist. But I may be wrong - Republicans may have some bizarre immunity to looking bad.
What I would like to see is an investigation on how so many Americans could be so stupid/ignorant/evil for the election results to have happened. Start by looking into Faux News.
Phat, how could it take you until the Harris/Trump debate to see that it is Harris=intelligent+nice and tRUMP=stupid+asshole (which is all I needed to know to vote D)? Well, unlike way too many others, at least you did come around to seeing the reality (which does have a liberal bias).

Re: Trump's Second Failure to Respond to an Epidemic
A week ago I thought I had reached peak hatred of President Asshole, who had reached peak asshole.
I was wrong on both counts.
I wonder what his secret service detail/proctologists thinks of being called to protect him. I dream of seeing a mass resignation of all the White House support staff.

Trump tests limits of presidential powers with contentious first week
51 minutes, if you wish to listen - Download link at above site.
Moderator David Greene opening statement includes:
quote:
You can't judge a presidency based on the first few days...
The hell you can't. President ***** has already done 4 or more years of bad in "the first few days."
Although massively unconstitutional, the one thing I can philosophically get behind the elimination of birthright citizenship. While it may have made sense at the time it was constructed, it now seems silly to me to have citizenship based on which side of a line you were born on (What if the mother was lying on the border line at the birth time?)

Contact Adminnemooseus if you would like to have autocensorship set up, for any of your use of nongratuitous profanity in regards to President *****. My personal choices (so far):
President *****, President *******, President ********

Battle of the birds
Replying to this message as a search finds it is the most recent to mention Canada.
Fight between bald eagle and Canada goose in Burlington bay 'very symbolic,' says photographer | CBC News
quote:
Fight between bald eagle and Canada goose in Burlington bay 'very symbolic,' says photographer. Eagle gave up and spared the goose after 20-minute faceoff, says Mervyn Sequeira
The article goes on to say that the goose seemed to be ill (more poetic would for the eagle to be ill).
I can't get a great photo to embed, so go to the link above.

USAid employees told to destroy classified documents
USAid employees told to destroy classified documents, email shows | Trump administration | The Guardian - Also at MANY other sources.
quote:
Officials at the US Agency for International Development (USAid) have begun a large-scale destruction of classified documents at their headquarters in the Ronald Reagan building in Washington DC including with shredders and using “burn bags”, according to an internal email seen by the Guardian.
This perhaps disturbs me as much as anything.
Suppressing disfavored information is bad enough. What information records are being entirely destroyed? Are they getting into the National Archives?
ERASING HISTORY THEY DON'T LIKE?
Fuck ***** and everyone who enables or otherwise supports him.

...the last person almost I'd want to be president of the United States is Donald *****...
"***** derangement syndrome" strikes again./s
Does ***** qualify is being sane?
Now we need a prominent statement from Warren Buffett. Let's see ***** call Warren a stupid incompetent businessman.

Parody Project on the security breach
Massive security breach in the Whitehouse, war plans discussed using an internet app and copied in to a journalist. No problem, nothing to see here, move on, lets buy Greenland.

Just a "glitch" apparently. Next.

‘SNL’ Mocks *****’s Tariff Plan, Elon Musk about “Self-Vandalizing” Teslas
Elon:
... we’re introducing the new Tesla Model V, the first electric car in history to be fully self-vandalizing, with features like self-smashing headlights, slashing tires and AI-powered graffiti. You can choose from penises or swastikas, or my favorite, swastikas made out of penises.”
So the question is, does parody ***** sound more or less stupid the real *****? Parody *****'s voice tone is certainly less annoying.
