I will concede that I jumped the gun on Socialism. In and of itself, it helps people in many cases. I won't ever soften my stance regarding communism.The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest threat to human existence since nuclear weapons.

I won't ever soften my stance regarding communism. I don't recall anyone here advocating for communism. What we object to, is the conflating of Democratic policies with communism.
The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest threat to human existence since nuclear weapons. The Chinese Communist Party existed before there were nuclear weapons. And, under Mao, it was arguably worse than it is today.

However, the idea of the workers owning the means of production isn't evil in and of itself. What was evil is the groups of people who implemented communism.
The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest threat to human existence since nuclear weapons. The threat they pose is not because of their economic policies, which have become quite capitalist in the last few decades.

If you really want to fear the growing coming power of China look at the new Iran-Saudi reconciliation. China brokered that agreement. Their influence and leadership is being spread around the world. We can't stop them. I think it would be geopolitically dumb to try to stop them. Beware, yes, even vigilant. Competitors not enemies. They are quickly adding to the human knowledge base in every science and that includes the most sophisticated scopes, satellites and probes. This is a good thing. And ever since Nixon opened the chinese kimono ... ehh, well, cheongsam, the more we engage from the west the more China becomes like the west.

The CCP is deeply authoritarian, they have that in common with Fascists, but that doesn't make them Fascists. You are conflating Authoritarianism and Fascism. There is more to Fascism than Authoritarianism. We shouldn't just use the terms interchangeably, even though many do.
China is both Communist and Fascist. That's just gibberish. The two terms are mutually exclusive. The CCP is no longer really Communist. They couldn't give a monkey's about Marxism. They don't seem to me to have any great commitment to any specific ideology. They might be best described as State Capitalist, but ultimately, the CCP is simply self-serving, cynically pursuing whatever policy will most benefit their own elite. Mutate and Survive
