Does reversing abortion laws give all non-white Americans a better socio-economic dem

This reminds me of the description in Freakonomics of the Ceaucescu regime's banning of abortion. Two decades after the ban took effect, crowds of unhappy young people were demonstrating against the regime. Those crowds probably included a lot of unhappy people who would not have been born if the abortion ban had not been enacted.It did not end well for the regime.
