That's the image width. If you want to display your avatar with a width of 50 you would enter this:
[img=50]Images/Avatars/11801.jpg[/img]
And it would look like this:
If you want to display your avatar with a width of 100 but right justified you would enter this:
[img=100,right]Images/Avatars/11801.jpg[/img]
And it would look like this:

Image dBCode Doc, but briefly, you can control whether it's centered, left, right floating, backwards, upside down, captioned, and set the width. You can also place multiple images on the same line by separating their URLs with commas. Some examples:
