You're condemning yourself to eternal ignorance. In fact, I don't accept any scientific explanation for the fossil record, because it's impossible to know what process was responsible ... Why would you demand an absolute explanation and ignore the plausible explanation - i.e. an explanation that explains the evidence? Geologists use plausible explanations to find valuable minerals. They don't need to have been there to see the deposits form. They don't need an absolute explanation.

Yup. The late science historian and atheist, Dr. William Provine, said,"Evolution is the greatest engine of atheism ever invented". According to you he was talking complete crap. He was wrong. It's no disgrace to be wrong. Everybody is wrong once in a while. It's possible that Provine contributed something to society despite being so dreadfully wrong about one thing. The greatest engine of atheism ever invented is thinking. Anybody who thinks is likely to be an atheist. "I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!" -- Lucky Ned Pepper

Why don't you stop repeating the same lie and respond to Message 120? ... you have so much knowledge about evolution that you can't describe how even one evolutionary transition evident in the fossil record happened."I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!" -- Lucky Ned Pepper

Message 120 Please describe how the "mechanisms behind evolution" produced a whale's blowhole and tail from the morphology of a land mammal. Stop repeating the question and respond to the answer."I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!" -- Lucky Ned Pepper

Stop lying. Respond to Message 120. 2. You don't know how evolutionary mechanisms produce a whale's blowhole and tail from a land animal.

We have transitional fossils. You have no way of confirming that a whale's nostrils evolved from the nosrils of a land mammal and you have no way of confirming any process that might be responsible ... Suppose you take a trip from New York to San Francisco. You take a selfie at the Statue of Liberty. You take a selfie at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. You take a selfie at the Grand Canyon. And you take a selfie at the Golden Gate Bridge. We may not know the exact route that you took between those landmarks but we do know that you went from New York to San Francisco. Our knowledge is confirmed by the evidence of your snapshots."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

That's a creationist lie. ... yet there are millions of Darwinists out there who believe the theory of evolution is also a fact. First, I don't give a flying fuck about "Darwinists". I have never met a "Darwinist". Second, people who accept science know (not believe) that evolution is a fact and they also know that the theory of evolution explains that fact. Similarly, gravity is a fact and the theory of gravity explains that fact. (Mind you, the theory of gravity is nowhere near as robust as the theory of evolution. Only creationists are confused about the difference between a theory and a fact. And you insist on staying confused no matter how many times it's explained to you. There comes a point when feigned "confusion" becomes dishonesty.
Dredge writes:
Biological evolution. What's confusing about that?
What "evolution" are you referring to? Dredge writes:
You certainly are. As for being "anti-science" ... not me. Evolution is the soundest science we have."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

No refusal. See Message 120. Your refusal to describe how evolution happened means you don't know how evolution happened."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

Knowledge and fact are not the same thing. Knowledge is made up of facts and theories. Facts aren't much good without an explanation. I said it's delusional to equate the theory of evolution with knowledge (aka fact). And nobody but you is equating fact with theory."Let me win. You don't know anything about Darwin, do you? ... that's exactly what we see when we employ Darwinist methodology - ie, cherry-pick the data, ignoring anything contradictory."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

You're very arrogant to think that you can tell WHAT things can not ever be known.
I accept that some things cannot ever be known and will forever remain a mystery. Dredge writes:
On the contrary, I do NOT accept your idea that some things can not ever be known. And I do NOT accept the claim that YOU know what they are. Speaking of "eternal ignorance", you have no way of ever knowing if your explanation for what produced the history of life on earth is correct or not. And I do NOT accept your idea of what "correct" means. When I say we "know" something, I refer to the best current knowledge that we have, not some voodoo absolute knowledge that only you can get from your made-up gods. What we know, science can always change."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

They didn't. Some whales still have vestigial hind legs. The tail evolved from a tail. How did the two hind-legs of a land animal evolve into the tail of a whale? How can you dare to question evolution when you don't even know the basics?"Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

Nobody cares what you think. You are in no way qualified to mark anybody's paper. You are (by your own admission) the dumbest kid in the class, who can't even spell his own name right at the top of his paper. That is why I have marked your paper, "F" (for "fail"). And you don't even understand how laughable your blathering is."Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt." -- motto of the Special Olympians

No. Some of them are just stupid.
All creationists are evil. Dredge writes:
