Puerto Rico
We are spending a week in Puerto Rico in March. Hopefully, I will be able to get away from the beach and spend some time in the area of our family ancestral home. That is in the western highlands in the area of Utuado. We may make a run to El Yunque rainforest also, but when we were there a few years ago most of it was still closed due to hurricane damage. Do you know anything about dragonflies and damselflies in Puerto Rico?
Any pointers of where to look?

I used to get all excited about MBs, drives , video cards. But since I became a kept man 20 years ago I have bought pre-made. I loved building systems. The last 5-6 I built were for cost for friends. It is amazing how much things have changed in the last 20 years. Now all I have is a MS Surface 7 and that is more than enough.

My partner in the computer biz blames me for it failing. Once I hooked up with a younger medical student, I lost interest in the business. I guess that was part of it, but his wife spending all of our profits had more to do with it.

Back to Puerto Rico in a week
We are going to Puerto Rico the 11th. I hope to get a day or two in the mountains around the ancestral home of Utuado. Lots of streams and rivers. Maybe this time I will get an interesting photo of a dragonfly or damselfly.

Yeah went last year, but didn't see any dragonflies or damselflies. We go every couple of years. Our boys 13, 16, and 40 were pissed they did not get to go so we promised we would take them this year. We are going to the Camuy Caves and if the moon and clouds are right, might go to the bioluminescent bay. The last time we took the two youngest we kayaked a bioluminescent bay.
I will try to get pictures of pretty ladies.
We are staying two nights in San Juan and the rest of the week at a beachfront villa in Hatillo. My father was born in Arecibo which is right next door. Always a fun trip.
If anyone wants advice on a safe tropical vacation, message me.
