Re: Powerful Stuff
I'll reply to your mention of thermodynamics as one of the reasons to reject this Ether Model.
In this ether model, thermodynamics isn't a feature of the ether. The ether units interact with each other coolly at all times. One ether unit interacts with another through contact vibration, which is always linear, and "cool."
The quantum units associated with an impulse through the ether follow a different kind of pathway, and the quantum units interact with each other non linearly, which is what produces the heat. So "thermodynamics" is viewed quite differently with the ether model than how quantum physics views it.

Re: Powerful Stuff
Part of the vagueness in the brief post about how the ether model deals with thermodynamics is due to the fact that there's a lack of interest and research into the question of whether an ether could exist. There are mountains of research into quantum physics and no interest in looking into the ether.
Trying to extend that brief description of thermodynamics and ether into questions like how could that kind of model deal with a question, for example, of how solar energies arise, versus the energies involved in internal planetary heat, would have to contend, rivalry-wise, with mountains of research and theories/hypotheses that have been done, entirely based on the quantum model.
So while it would be interesting to discuss how the ether model could be extended to questions like cosmic forces and cosmic bodies, at present my basic ether model has gotten so little recognition, it seems a pointless effort.
