Well ... I like watching Percy play with his toy.
Percy is very good at playing, debating, that's another story.

Re: Dr. Fauci Speaks
Kleinman:
Whatever
Percy:
I think what you meant was, "Pardon me, my mistake."

No, I meant "Whatever".
Kleinman:
This incorrect notion came from somewhere. Joe Biden made the claim. Where do you think Joe Biden gets his expert advice?
Percy:
For the third time, I think Biden got it wrong all by himself. For some reason you keep rehashing this.

So you don't think he gets his expert medical advice from Cornpop?
Percy:
I don't understand why anti-vaxxers like you and Jensen try to disguise the fact that you're anti-vaxxers.
Kleinman:
Percy is an expert in vaccines.
Percy:
Why not just be truthful about your position? It's not like you're fooling anyone.

Why would I try to fool you? You are the Googlemeister.
Kleinman:
Try to explain how comorbidities affect the data for the death rate from covid.
Percy:
You are very repetitive. Does the link I provided have the data you want?

You will have to post a quote from the link. I like it when you post quotes, they are so informative. Do you have any more graphs? Try to find some without white backgrounds and yellow lines. They are so hard for xongsmith to see.
Kleinman:
Go ahead, take whatever advice Fauci has to offer.
Percy:
Again, this is just you talking to yourself.

Do you know that Fauci was Biden's chief medical advisor 2021-22?

Could be, since he doesn't seem to understand it, not realizing that the yellow line is continuous and represents the same 24 counties all the way from its origin to the right hand side. The only thing that changes is that on July 1 those 24 counties opted-in on the state's mask mandate.
But if that's the graph he means then I still don't know how he's misinterpreting it. He's going to have to tell me.
Or if it's some other graph then if he tells me which graph he means and why he thinks it shows masks causing worse covid outcomes then I'll address it.

Again, I posted no such graph. If you're really so sure I did then it should be easy for you to find.

Don't tell Percy, let it be a surprise.

Were those 24 counties marooned on a desert island and could get any masks until July? Why did the two groups have different incidences of covid despite they both weren't wearing masks before July? You must have a good fish story to tell.

He needs moderating at least.
"a right-wing Christian fundamentalist", what is that?
"probably a creationist", if you want to believe that you are related to fecal bacteria, that's all right by me, but you certainly don't understand how descent with modification and adaptation works.
"probably a gun owner, definitely a gun supporter", so you don't believe in the right of self defense.
"an anti-vaxxer", now Tangle, take your medicine, it will save you.
"a Republican, probably far right" the only party affiliation I ever had was Democrat.
"a conspiracy theorist", Tangle is not skeptical about anything.
"a serial forum killer", I lure all those poorly trained biologists into my lair and then torture them with physics and mathematics.
"deluded about his understanding of evolution", yes, experiments of biological evolution like the Kishony and Lenski experiments really trigger my delusions. It is part of my devious plan to explain how drug resistance evolves and why cancer treatments fail.
"unable to accept correction", Tangle's idea of correction is to go sit in the corner and say "reptiles evolve into birds and fish evolve into mammals" until I'm indoctrinated into his belief system. Shouldn't you add to your list that "he is incorrigible and refuses to have Tangle's herd mentality"?
Now Tangle thinks I'm boring and a nut-job and the brown-shirts need to be brought in. Do what you do best.

Percy, you look much more intimidating as Catbert than Opus. Out of fear, I paste the following link and quote:
People with Certain Medical Conditions | CDC
Based on the current evidence, a person with any of the conditions listed below is more likely to get very sick from COVID-19. This means that a person with one or more of these conditions who gets very sick from COVID-19 (has severe illness from COVID-19) is more likely to:
  • Be hospitalized
  • Need intensive care
  • Require a ventilator to help them breathe
  • Die
In addition:
Older adults are at highest risk of getting very sick from COVID-19. More than 81% of COVID-19 deaths occur in people over age 65. The number of deaths among people over age 65 is 97 times higher than the number of deaths among people ages 18-29 years.
If you need me to quote the list of medical conditions that complicate covid, I'll list them for you but they are easy to find on that page.
Are these findings something new to the medical field?
Check out this link and quote and compare it with the findings for covid:
People at Higher Risk of Flu Complications | CDC
Following is a list of all the health and age factors that are known to increase a person’s risk of getting serious flu complications:
  • Adults 65 years and older
  • Children younger than 2 years old1
  • Asthma
  • Neurologic and neurodevelopment conditions
  • Blood disorders (such as sickle cell disease)
  • Chronic lung disease (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [COPD] and cystic fibrosis)
  • Endocrine disorders (such as diabetes mellitus)
  • Heart disease (such as congenital heart disease, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease)
  • Kidney diseases
  • Liver disorders
  • Metabolic disorders (such as inherited metabolic disorders and mitochondrial disorders)
  • People who are obese with a body mass index [BMI] of 40 or higher
  • People younger than 19 years old on long-term aspirin- or salicylate-containing medications.
  • People with a weakened immune system due to disease (such as people with HIV or AIDS, or some cancers such as leukemia) or medications (such as those receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer, or persons with chronic conditions requiring chronic corticosteroids or other drugs that suppress the immune system)
  • People who have had a stroke
Other people at higher risk from flu:
  • Pregnant people and people up to 2 weeks after the end of pregnancy
  • People who live in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities
  • People from certain racial and ethnic minority groups are at increased risk for hospitalization with flu, including non-Hispanic Black persons, Hispanic or Latino persons, and American Indian or Alaska Native persons
  • 1 Although all children younger than 5 years old are considered at higher risk of serious flu complications, the highest risk is for those younger than 2 years old, with the highest hospitalization and death rates among infants younger than 6 months old.
  • Information on groups at higher risk from COVID-19 is available.
We certainly wouldn't want an administrator to wait for the data on comorbidities and covid, especially Catbert.

Tangle is having difficulty staying on topic. Of course, if he thinks that any of what he has written in his post has anything to do with covid vaccinations and spread of the disease, I think he should raise points that he thinks are valid. But he can't.

You even had a title on that post, Re: Excess Mortality. How do you want to do excess mortalities, fractions, percentages, frequencies,... they are all mathematical concepts, which you appear not to understand.
