Numerology is indeed bollocks.
Even more so when:
(a) The numerologist gets the math regularly and demonstrably wrong; and
(b) Scientists (L'Acadmie des Sciences - the clue's in the name), got a committee to determine a standard length; scientists on the committee decided to choose a relatively constant distance - one quarter of the earth's circumference - then divide it by 10 million and call it a metre; and then the numerologist claims there is something remarkable and mystical about the fact that a quarter of the world's circumference divides exactly into 10 million metres.
But numerology is bollocks on every level in any event.
Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?
