As I said, they support their points far more convincingly than the real fake news misnamed the MSM. Today's Infowars radio shows are discussing the fact that there is absolutely no evidence of Russian hacking, but lots of evidence that China interfered for Hillary, which is reported in their own news reports. Infowars.com/watch-alex-jones-show. The sources I named are very careful about their sources.
That isn't the problem, Faith. While there isn't any "smoking gun" evidence that Russia did the hacks, the independent experts are very certain that it was Russia. The real problem is that Trump almost reflexively runs to the aid or Russia to try and make these findings go away. That is the troubling part.

who cares, Christians never cared for me or anyone but themselves and their status
Uh huh, but it's the Christians they are coming for now and you manage not to see it.
By your definitions of Christian (which I don't share), the Christians have made non-Christians life (including my own) oftentimes a miserable and wretched experience with real risks to career, home, health finances and life. And they did it, and do it with smug glee or hateful expressions.
So I won't raise a finger to stop 'them' coming for the Christians. They deserve some persecution, perhaps when they experience some actual persecution they'll reconsider the persecutions they have heaped upon me and mine. Perhaps if they had shown love, compassion, empathy and understanding they'd find they have allies today. Ah well, they should have listened to the screams and used their time in power to heal the sick and poor rather than ignore and impoverish them.
Still, you've got Trump now who promised to persecute the 'others' including the 'left' so I suggest you enjoy what might be your last time in the sun.

Slightly less afraid
Trump names Elon Musk, Uber CEO to advisory team
This is certainly encouraging news. I have no idea how much exposure they will have or how much weight that their opinions will carry but encouraging none the less.
While some of his choices are alarming I maintain a suspicion that he may make some real advantageous changes like the banning of lobbyists (that I heard about but have no idea if its true). There is some real value in rocking the boat every so often. If nothing else, it lets you know how stable the boat is.
The best you can hope for is that they will be ineffective at doing anything.

How would Trump accomplish something like that?

I don't believe that the president has such power under the constitution, and neither should you.

Re: Slightly less afraid
Okay, so the "presidential degree" answer was a joke. Fair enough.
So what did you mean by this?
I maintain a suspicion that he may make some real advantageous changes like the banning of lobbyists (that I heard about but have no idea if its true).
Was that also a joke?

No that wasn't a joke. Are you saying that it is an impossible task?

What I am expressing is doubt that Trump can do much about lobbyists other than by making rules for folks working for him and his appointees. Trump is not a member of the legislature. I asked you how you thought he might do it, but your answer was a joke.

Re: Slightly less afraid
I couldn't describe the mechanics of the thing for you but my point was that it was a good idea. Would it take much more than a few changes to accounting law?
Anyway my real point was that not all of the voices will be coming from inside his head and that seemed encouraging.
