Normally I don't suck up to the boss (just ask my current one, I'd rather retire than serve that !@#$%^& another day, which is exactly what I'm doing). However for Percy I feel compelled to make an exception, particularly in this case (among some others).
Yes call them out and shame them anytime and anywhere they rear their heads in public with this caveat: limit the time to one minute or less. Even the least among us are entitled to their basic human rights, one of which is to be left in peace while dining, free of continuous harassment.
