Big Al writes: Well if you can have giant lizards, why not have giant humans. If we can have tiny mice, why not have tiny humans? They're not outragious questions, it's simply that we know there haven't been any. "We have the fossils." If we'd found fossils and bones of giants, science would have had no problem accepting them. Big Al writes: Would you release precious data to the globalists? Knowing full well that they will either destroy it, claim that it's a fake, discredit the source, or say it's no big deal? This is a truly weird view of science. There isn't a scientist on earth that wouldn't give an arm to be the first to scientifically find a new species of human. They'd be famous forevever. Don't you get this? It's the exact opposite of a conspiracy theory cover-up. Scientists absolutely love finding new stuff and proving old stuff wrong - they get prizes for it. And wtf is a globalist?Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien. Big Al writes: The globalists are the people who have all the money and the power (aka the elite). They decide if you get a prize or not, they decide if you get paid or not, they decide if your discovery is worthy or not. Don't you get this? Globalists are covering up the finding of giants?? But not covering them up well enough to stop them appearing in fake museums run by travel agents? I hesitate to ask why a 'globalist' would do this, normally they're too busy building orbital death rays, but, hey, it's a slow day.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien. Big Al writes: So you admit the fossils are genuine? Only the museum is fake but the bones are 100% bona fide. Well I have no idea - perhaps they are. Without being properly tested it's not possible to know. But even if they are genuine bones of people, it doesn't seem to prove the existence of giants, just the existence of deformed skulls, which we know all about already. The thing is Al, scientists are discovering the skulls of various homomid species all the time. Next week the natural history museum of London has a whole wall of them:
A stark demonstration of the dramatic changes that have swept through the science of human evolution will be revealed this week at London’s Natural History Museum. A wall of skulls has been built at the entrance of its new human evolution gallery, graphically showing how our understanding of our seven-million-year journey from ancient apeman ancestors to Homo sapiens has been transformed in recent years. In just over a decade an unprecedented number of new species have been uncovered by palaeontologists, from the Hobbit man of Flores to the Denisovan cavemen of Siberia. Most will be displayed on the wall of skulls. These 'globalists' of yours are doing a really terrible job of preventing these discoveries. Is it just giants they don't like? Je suis Charlie. Big Al writes: I'm not sure what the globalists like or don't like. ok, so neither of us can work out why they might be covering up the existence of giants.
You begrudgingly accepted the elongated skull but only on the basis that it is deformed. I haven't accepted anything - I know nothing about them and neither does science or you. That's a problem when we're trying to understand things. But knowing that giants don't exist and that elongated skulls of normal humans do, it's reasonable to assume that it's not the skull of a giant. To be able to find out for sure, some indepedent scientific tests would need to be made. The sort of things that are done everyday on millions of bones. Globalists permitting of course.
Maybe because it suggests devolution rather than evolution. Well there's big and there's clever. Big is not necessarily the best of those two attributes. Of course the giants could be both big and clever, but that seems unlikely as they appear to be extinct. Even so, it's not a problem for science that giants once existed, it's just another interesting aspect of evolution. Dinosaurs were big too....
And if the globalists are doing such a terrible job why can't I get you guys to believe in giants? Maybe it's because there are other variables involved, the main one being the total lack of evidence of them? Besides Al, I don't need to believe in giants, if them or their fossils exist I'll just accept them as good evidence, like I accept that dinasaurs existed. It's really not a problem. No mention of aliens or giants
Undeformed Peruvian crania appear to have a craniofacial architecture that is distinct from the corresponding shapes seen in the Japanese and Inuit. They are characterized by anteriorly protrud- ing faces and a relatively flat angle between the foramen magnum and the basioccipital, which leads to a more vertically oriented foramen magnum axis. In this sense, they are somewhat flatter. When exposed to circumferential deformation, this pattern becomes globally reinforced with respect to at least the face. In addition, the face then also protrudes inferiorly, nasion protrudes anteriorly, whereas the foramen magnum axis continues to become more horizontal in its orientation. Therefore, our results are generally consistent with previously published data (Anto ́n, 1989b; Kohn et al., 1993), but do not agree in some important aspects. Notably, we find the effects of artificial deformation on the basioccip- ital to be less than previously observed, whereas the effects on the face observed here are similar to other studies or even more important. Given that statisti- cal discrimination is not as good when facial fea- tures are not taken into account, we conclude that the effects of artificial deformation on the face out- weigh those observed on the basioccipital portion. Generally, these effects seem to emphasize morpho- logical trends that already exist in populations that practiced intentional deformation. Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Hey Al, quit the fake martyr stuff and give us something to examine.
It would be great for both science and religion to find good evidence for giants. Science has nothing against giants except it hasn't found them. If and when it does, they'll be part of our Paleontological history, put in all the books and the finder will be world famous. So let's see it.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. I guess that means we need to find more than one skeleton and define giant.
Science is really fucking picky, picky picky.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien. Oh sure there are tall people like there are small people. But we know the standard deviation from the norm of H. sapiens and the outliers. I think most people when speaking of giants really require something beyond the extremes of what we already know and require that to be a norm within this new species.

BJ writes: Wadlow is at least 10-12 standard deviations from the mean. That's a pretty unheard-of outlier. Sure but we know the mean and SD of 'normal' populations of humans in different environments. So we know the mean for H.sapiens is 1.75m (or whatever) and that 95% of skeletons will be +/- 10cm (or whatever) of that. We also know the furthest outliers so far found. If we found a skeleton 1cm larger than the largest we've ever seen we would not conclude that this was a different species or even a different race. If we found loads of them though, we might because it's no longer probable that it's just an extreme outlier. But if we found a single skeleton 4m tall, we'd probably call that a proper giant and maybe a different species
My point is that it isn't completely inconceivable that some type of 'giant' existed at one time in the Earth. Sure. Just like some types of very small people have.
The biblical giants, like Goliath and Og, where usually described as fitting within the 9-12-foot range, which, while beyond anything we've ever observed, are not beyond the reach of honest mistake or 'fish story' exaggeration. The worth1000 and other such internet-meme giant photos are clearly stupid. A race of 9ft foot plus people or even a new species would be a fabulous find - but because 9ft is known to occur as an extreem abnormality in 'normal' life, it would require a lot of skeletons to make us believe they were the norm. Finding a single 15ft skeleton would be another thing entirely.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien. Yup. Also, these big guys would be a pretty formidable competitor - all things being equal. If they had actually existed, at the very least we'd find stacks of evidence for them because they'd likely be pretty numerous.
But, of course, if the globalists are suppressing all this, we'd never know.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. Je suis Parisien.
