That is another great example of an unreasoned conclusion. It is irrelevant whether or not any other culture has condoned same sex marriage. The issue is whether or not today there can be a reasoned argument for the United States to deny same sex couples the same rights as heterosexual couples.Claiming that the religion you attempt to market forbids same sex marriage is sufficient reason for your church to not marry same sex couples.But it is insufficient reason to prevent others from marrying or to allow companies to discriminate in their practices.

Can you give us even a single example of God's Wrath so we might have an idea of what to expect? Historically the God you try to market seems to be pretty much bluff and blunder and incapable of even reaching annoyance stage much less fearsome stage.Let's try to separate fact from fiction.
