Weird places to check EVC from

As most of you must know I am fairly addicted to EVC. There are actually quite a few of us that seem to be.I look at the site many times during the day. And now with smartphones(I finally took the plunge about a year ago) the internet is available almost anywhere.Currently, I am in my deer stand 14 feet in the air, about 1/2 mile behind my house. No deer yet have only heard 2 shots so far, none from my hunting party. It was 15 F when I left the house. Hoping to get my buck today, cuz supposed to be -2 F tomorrow morn. I'd link to thank the man that invented portable propane heaters.

While I don't have a smartphone or even a moderately intelligent phone, I do still have some John-e hand warmers from about a half century ago. Put the Sweet 16 is the same category. In fact I'd say a Sweet 16, Stanley coffee bottle, a couple John-e hand warmers and a duck blind with a low sky in early morning are near about heaven.

Had to have been at least 6 of them but you were too busy texting.Happy hunting.

My phone is smarter than I am but I'm too cheap to pay for a data plan so I'm on a free terminal at the public library. The temperature outside is about minus a million (Celsius) but it's supposed to go up to minus one tomorrow.The Grey Cup game (the Canadian equivalent of the Super Bowl) is going to be played tomorrow a couple of blocks away. I'll probably be here again. No doubt I'll find out who won the game when I'm here on Monday.

My worst one was from a satellite phone in Rwanda. There was no normal cell phone coverage available. The satellite coverage was unbelievably expensive to do.I'm addicted to EVC because I learn such a lot.Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

Well my phone does not make a typing sound, and the Mr Heater is inaudible to a deer at 75 yards. And no cologne for this guy ever. I do not ever use a cover scent of any sort. Deodorant is unscented. I use plain soap. If any scent ever it is Dr Bronners soap.Evidently the 7 pointer did not hear typing, propane or smell anything. If he did he didn't care. Cause now he is cut up into delicious venison steaks and burger.

Dr. Bronner's? Almond, of course, yes? You don't strike me as a peppermint or a lavender guy.But, Theo, Theo, there are just so many wonderful scents out there. OK so not when you're in the blind, except maybe eau de Frozen Ass. But, Theo, Theo, the pleasant looks from the ladies as they edge closer for a snoot full. The heartfelt "Thank you" from your very own personal nose.Like the scent of a fine Cabernet wafting over the brie or a freshly ground cup of Columbian from your French Press, there are just too many hedonistic pleasures for the olfactory to let them pass you by.euphoria? Almond.No cologne or aftershave at all. I don't smell unpleasant, I just don't smell. Showering daily is a much more effective way to deal with BO than covering it up with another scent. I have allergies that make me sensitive to mass marketed scents. My wife also does not like those smells either. She must like how I smell.I do enjoy a lot of natural scents. The nose of a wine contributes greatly to the overall enjoyment. I also enjoy coffee and smell of a fine cigar. Even the smell of a freshly killed deer, or a the smell of a trout or just fileted walleye.As for colognes. No. I don't need that mass marketed smell.

Those colognes you mention are very chemical-ish.I've tried many kinds; for what it is worth to Theo, I like McGraw Southern Blend. The name may not seem like much, but it is a really easy scent. A little sweet, kind of soapy smelling. It doesn't have a chemical smell. The scent reminds me of my old home town's library.A lot of the spendier, designer-brand stuff just smells like junk from the dollar storelots of chemicals; little scent.

To each according to his nose.To me anyway these scents, especially Obsession my favorite (right now), do not have that bitter chemical smell to them.I had not heard of Souther Blend. I'll look for it and give it sniff. Always looking for a new experience.
