Claiming its a sign of the inevitable return of Jesus he has been coming some time soon for the past 2000 years but finally they got a sign LOL On a more interesting not it will be possible to see this comet during the day with the naked eye on november 28th

NASA's Hubble Space Telescope took this photo of Comet ISON on Oct. 9, when the comet was inside Mars’ orbit and about 177 million miles from Earth. The nucleus of ISON appears to be intact. Edited by AdminPhat, : No reason given.

Didnt you guys know that this comet is a sign of my arrival on the global stage? I'll be traveling to the Temple sight in Jerusalem shortly to announce my omnipotence.  By the way science guys....how close will this comet come to earth and when is it due back again?

By the way science guys....how close will this comet come to earth and when is it due back again? Wiki says the closest it comes to earth will be 39,900,000 mi on 26 December 2013. I didn't see a figure for the next visit.

Wiki says that it's on a hyperbolic trajectory, which means that it won't be coming back. Wikipedia put the eccentricity of the orbit as just a smidgen over 1. That's a hyperbolic orbit, but perhaps the orbit may get tweaked a bit before the comet leaves the solar system. But definitely don't count on seeing the comet return in your life time.
