"It is simply not a Biblical conclusion that sex is evil."
I agree and never said it was evil.
I said it had good and evil aspects and it does.

Sex has no good or evil aspects.
To think so is just nonsense.
Human actions can be good or evil, but the actions themselves are neither good or evil.

Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

Quite the semantic reach there pal.
A good way to waste someone else's time. Not mine.
I will let you split that hair on your own.

Quite the semantic reach there pal.
Your entire argument was a semantic reach.
Can you point out any part of your argument that wasn't based on semantics?

GIA's argument is pretty non-existent as stated.
But you have to admit that Adam wandering around with a steaming erection lusting after a chance to get jiggy with Eve doggy style does rather sit at odds with notions of Eden as some sort of innocent paradise.

It's the earlier part that was really funny.
Remember that Eve was a last resort, the God in the story first got Adam to try all the other animals.
Genesis 2 writes:
18 The Lord God said, It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.
19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
From what I've heard Adam thought the sheep was pretty good but wanted no part of the leopard.

Which is why (much to Eve's bemusement) Adam always preferred her to wear a nice big woolly jumper rather than the sexy tight fitting leopard skin matching bra and pantie set she kept trying to seduce him with.

Well jar beat me to it, but yeah, Eve was only made after they found out that none of the other animals were a "suitable helper" (NIV), or as the KJV puts it: "And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him."
At least that wasn't help meat

Just think - If adam had been inclined such that the parade of animals before him had supplied a "suitable helper" human history would be very very different.

Would you rather be a centaur or a satyr?

Oh, give me a clone
Of my own flesh and bone
With its Y chromosome changed to X.
And after it's grown,
Then my own little clone
Will be of the opposite sex.
Clone, clone of my own,
With its Y chromosome changed to X.
And when I'm alone
With my own little clone
We will both think of nothing but sex.
Instead, this is what we got.
It amazes me that folk think that marriage and one man one woman is what God wanted when cloning is what He chose to use.

I said it had good and evil aspects and it does.
I provided arguments (i.e. not mere assertion like you do here) that sex has no evil aspects. But of course you ignored the argument to simply re-assert your ridiculous premise. At this point I think it is safe to assume that you have no real arguments.
Does a rock have evil aspects just because you can kill someone good with a rock? Nope. A rock isn't evil and has no evil aspects. But perhaps throwing a rock through someone's window is evil.

Yes. All of human history would fit into a single volume. The "Diary of Adam"

The Diary of Adam.
We already have extracts from Adam's Diary.
quote:
MONDAY -- This new creature with the long hair is a good deal in the way. It is always hanging around and following me about. I don't like this; I am not used to company. I wish it would stay with the other animals. . . . Cloudy today, wind in the east; think we shall have rain. . . . WE? Where did I get that word-the new creature uses it.

Aspects
Does sex have good and evil aspects?
If so then A & E could not know of it as they knew nothing of anything that had good and evil aspects.
Ignoring for a moment that we are definitely not in agreement with your premise that sex (the act) has evil aspects rather than the people who choose to have sex in evil ways, your premise about what A&E could know is flawed.
Just because they were not aware of good and evil, that doesn't mean they were unaware of things that could be used for good or evil. Not knowing the difference between good and evil just means that they couldn't tell when the sex they were having was good or evil. If they didn't know anything about anything with good and evil aspects, then, using your very broad definition of good and evil aspects, they wouldn't have known anything.
Breathing can have good and evil aspects...I guess they didn't know about breathing and would have suffocated. There, I just refuted genesis, too. This is pretty easy.
