If you were to actually look into the Patriot Act, you would see that he IS a terrorist and is subject to the Patriot Act.
Of course he is a terrorist. But the provisions of the Patriot Act that strip away rights do not apply to all terrorists.

I am aware of that. It is not justice, but who cares what those politicians say. It's only when they get their way that matters. So far, they are not getting their way.
