Re: In other theater related news...
In a more light-hearted theater insident:
Fred Willard busted for rubbing one out in a porn theater.
Apparently he got arrested in 1991 for indecent exposure in a porn theatre, and now for carrying out a lewd act in a porn theatre.
I'm glad the law is successfully preventing innocent porn movie afficionados from being exposed to anything lewd or indecent.

Re: MMA fighter eats horse meat ONLY
It's not really humour, but I was entertained to see that, in the wake of the horsemeat scandal, sales of horsemeat have skyrocketed. One supplier claims its sales of horsemeat have increased tenfold in the last month. Link.
All publicity is good publicity, I suppose.

Re: Just have to laugh
The two things that stood out about that video are the way that he seemed to forget for a minute who the woman next to him was when talking to Julia Gillard, and the fact the Sarkozy is tiny! Never noticed that before.

One example of illiteracy reminded me of another.
Since you seem to be confused about the definition of 'decadent', I'll assume you're equally confused about what 'illiteracy' means. 'Illiteracy' usually refers with to the inability to read or write, or to a mistake in language usage that implies the former. It does not, as you imply, mean 'using a word in a way that has been commonly accepted usage since before I was born'.
