Now you've got me addicted to the "Do Nothing Button". Quite a while back, I first noticed the "Do Nothing Button" malfunctioning when using Chrome at work. More recently it worked fine when using Firefox, but now it there is also is failing to do nothing. Moose

Multiple problems with Internet Explorer:
- mousing over Cheers button doesn't list cheerers
- clicking Cheers button doesn't work
- my "joined" date doesn't show
- Essential Links menu doesn't drop
- Do Nothing button doesn't work (not a joke)
- possibly others (didn't do a comprehensive test)

Should be fixed. You'll have to:
- Do a hard reload (hold down Ctrl and click refresh).
- Click options, select safety, select delete browsing history, leave only the "Temporary internet files and website files" item checked, then click Delete.

Faith writes: Where is "Options?" Turns out Internet Explorer actually calls it "Tools", but it's the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. The gear icon most often means options, while the crossed hammer/wrench icon most often means tools.

Did you recently switch to IE, because a lot of the things you noticed have been broken for a long time. I stopped testing on IE a couple years ago. Maybe I should start testing on IE again because Edge is actually losing market share to IE according to a report from last year: Browser wars 2018: Microsoft Edge falls behind ... Internet Explorer?

If there's a set of menus near the upper left of the IE window, click on Help->About Internet Explorer. Do you have IE 11? If there are no menus then click on the alt button, making the menus visible, then follow the above instructions.
