CF is saying it never happened. You don't get a paper reporting something that has never been seen. You are claiming that it is what happens. That is the positive statement so you can easily show him to be wrong by reference the case(s) where it has been reported. Until you show otherwise his statement is true. That may change since we (intelligent?) are trying to produce life. That is true. However, again, you have no reason for thinking that nature didn't produce life. You (and we) just don't know how it did (yet?).

I don't think that is what he said at all. I also think that saying an acorn isn't alive is, well, dumb. Life may be hard to define but I sure think we can agree to draw the line with the acorn (or other sex cells) on the "alive" side.Let me see if I can read what ID Man is saying. It took an intelligence to "design" life; to get it started. After that the natural processes we understand took over.That is all I see him saying.
