Re: Dr Adequate on the Post-Anal Gut
The good Dr desereves a nomination for a whole string of recent posts. The one you mention is a fine example of the quality of his efforts of late.

Cheers Moose/Straggler.
While I'm here, allow me to third Dr Adequate's nomination.

And Now For Something Completely Different
Most POTM nominations are well thoughout gems of information, rebutal with fact and attribution, debate at its pinnacle.
I would like to give kudos to something a wee bit different.
For a well deserved kick in the teeth this is both subtle and effective.

Hi, Guys.
Fourthing the nomination sounds a little like overkill...
So naturally, I'm going to do it.

Stragler & Rrhain, on the funding and operations of the BBC, PBS and NPR
Author: Stragler and Rrhain
Forum: Coffee House
Thread: Latent racism in the republican party?
Message #: 16 and upthread
Message 16 is Rrhain's summary about PBS (the Public Broadcasting System) and NPR (Nation Public Radio), the U.S. public television and radio networks. There is also other PBS/NPR stuff upthread.
Stragler's comments on the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) can be found in 2 or more messages uptread.
There are also other nice contributions by other member(s).
We might need a topic title change, as the above cited themes rather dominate the topic.

Whilst I appreciate the nominal mention there can be little doubt here whose post really gets the nomination.
See Rrhain's answers here - Message 16

Rahvin clears the air on Atheist attitudes
It's always nice to witness someone showing the elephant in the room to actually be the aircraft carrier in the match box.
Author: Rahvin
Forum: Social Issues and Creation/Evolution
Thread: Atheist attitudes.
Message #: Message 10
I was starting to wonder how much effort I was willing to spend on saying what I wanted to scream at such a topic. After reading Rahvin's post, it's clear that any response from myself is no longer necessary. I know I wouldn't have been able to say it nearly as well.

Modulus # 9 in Supernatural Thread
I nominate Message 9 by Modulus as a lovely, concise, and accurate history of the evolution of Spookistry. What's more, it shows clearly the long tradition of avoidance survival for the religious ignorant.
