Then you have just changed the definition of theist have you not? Theism is the belief in, not the worship of, a god or gods.

Notice, I didn't say believe in. In the context of theism belief and worship are the same.

I don't want to side with the bad guys but Cuozzo actually has training in at least one appropriate field-- that of forensic anthropology. And he was trained by someone with considerable standing in the field. This is absurd for a creationist. Weird....

Yeah, I remembered that about him when I reread his bio and the review of his book on TalkOrigins.
Classic religious paranoia.

If it does not happen than it is proof enough to me that the whole modern evolutionist movement is based soley upon money and not for the furthering of science!
Only together with us pushing for the truth will we be able to uncover it, that is until God says otherwise.
Praise God for people like Jack Cuozzo
Can anyone give me other creationist titles that are worth the read?

Did you read the review of his book on Talk Origins from the link I gave you?

LOLOLOLOL!!!!
You think that there is a lot of money in Evolutionary Biology!!
HAHAHAHAHA!!!
That really IS funny!
The very top people in the field probably make in the six figures, but that is due to the publishing of popular press books, not textbooks. Most tenured Biologists make in the mid five figure range, after working for much less than that for a good number of years.
NOBODY goes into research science fot the money, OK, so just put that thought out of your head.
If you think it's a sign of an evil conspiracy for publishing companies to make money off of books, then you would logically have to conclude that the very MOST evil companies are the ones who publish Bibles, wouldn't you say?
There are MANY more bibles sold in the world than evolutionary Biology textbooks.

To think that I am so narrow minded to think that you or anyone else on this board is in it for the money is prepostrous...
I simply stated that there would be lots of money in certain areas of the field as you so pointed out... I believe it to be the people who are in control of certain governments or organisations, which would be profited by the continuance of such absurd ideas as those cast out by the naturalists...
I believe in the most noble theory that God created the heavens and the earth.
Observe the evidence that the Holy Bible claims on that theory.
SO just to clarify.. I can care less about the money.. there is a conspiracy that is afoot in our world of some sort... as to my perception of you, You are decieved and therefore propogate deception.

You mean in the same way the Catholic church has impeded the progress of science in order to maintain control over Europe?
The problem here is that science is an open forum, conspiracies are impossible because everyone can investigate on their own.

There is a grain of truth in that. Millions of dollars are spent by the petroleum industry in studying historical geology to find the next great reserve. "Evolution" has served us well so far. It keeps our cars on the road and our planes in the air.
But if you believe we are deceived you clearly have a low opinion of us. Many participants here are active scientists. They and their kind are running this show. I would not think there is anyone more qualified to comment on the validity of evolution than they.
