Pardon me for being half-Scottish (the other half is mainly Irish, so that doesn't help ye none), but what is this fuckin' shite about our editting a message and suddenly we have to figure out just what forum we're in?

I have no idea of what you are talking about. More details on the problem?

I've noticed it too. After an edit, when you click Submit, a message box pops up that says, "You must choose a forum." When you click OK in the message box, the edit completes normally. {Edit test - Adminnemooseus} {Edit test - ringo} Edited by Adminnemooseus, : Trying to reproduce the problem. I can't reproduce the problem, even with my flaky behaving Firefox 4.0 in Windows 7.
I guess you need to give Percy/Admin specific info on what browser, etc. Will try an edit on this message. Adminnemooseus Added by edit is added by edit. Nope, still not reproducing the problem. Will try turning on "signature". Still nothing found - Turn "signature" back off. Trying edit using IE 9.0.8112.16421 in Windows 7. Edited by Adminnemooseus, : No reason given. Edited by Adminnemooseus, : No problem found here. Edited by Adminnemooseus, : Turn on "signature". Edited by Adminnemooseus, : Turn off signature. Edited by Adminnemooseus, : Edit test w/ IE.

OK, I can reproduce the quirk via IE 9.0.8112.16421 in Windows 7, which I never otherwise use at evcforum.net.
Adminnemooseus Added by edit (w/ Firefox): dwise1 has a message here, which has a load of html in it. Something in that message causes the page to be quite overwide. I PM'ed him about him trying to fix the overwide situation. He did some sort of edit at that page. Seemingly, that is when the edit quirk first started showing up. Edited by Adminnemooseus, : See above.

Thank you for bringing the problem to our attention, the problem has been fixed. Internet Explorer sometimes has different interpretations of how things should work, and so the code has to be adjusted for this, uh, differently abled browser.

I'm not getting any email notifications. I checked and it is turned on.
ABE: I just got one from the reply to Message 93, but I didn't get one for either Message 377 or Message 360. Different threads and different repliers. Edited by Catholic Scientist, : No reason given.

Email was brought down by an attack earlier this week but should be working now. Did you get a notification for this message?

Ok I hit restore and when page loads messge remains.
I can access all tabs and links no problem. Just when submitting a reply or preview I get: "errorispatch table lookup failure, control does not exist:submit reply"

I attempted to log in with my username "dokukaeru" and have forgotten/lost/reset my password. So i went throught the steps to reset the password twice with both time failing. I then attempted to contact admin(general) only to have the email returned. Tried again specifically to Percy (percyx@evcforum.net) only to have that email returned to.....a lil help please
