Author | Topic: Cow's milk - why do you keep sipping the poison? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Whether it has stood the test of time is the topic of ongoing reasearches(the claim that is made on that website, is made by a milk lover and no links or evidence is referenced as to on what clinical study that claim is made) . Current knowledge points to cow's milk being a cancer promoting agent(among other pathological conditions like obesity, heart attacks from too much cholesterol in milk, etc.).
Also, what makes cow's milk more beneficial to us humans than rat's milk or dog's milk or any other mammal's milk? Edited by Agobot, : No reason given. Edited by Agobot, : No reason given.

Cheers.

I don't understand what you are ragging on about! I have been drinking cow's milk and milk products for almost all of my 69 years and I have never felt healthier in my enti

quote: Probably due to ease of production. Cattle have been an important agricultural resource for thousands of years. Via domestication, they can be induced to produce comercially viable quantities yearround. It's just a matter of logistics.

Mylakovich writes: Via domestication, they can be induced to produce comercially viable quantities year round. You wanted to say "via impregnation(artificial)". Before the cow can produce milk, in common with other species of mammal, she must first become pregnant and give birth. To maximise production, each calf is taken from its mother within 24-48 hours of birth. Calves would naturally suckle for 6 to 12 months. During the first 2 months, hormones concentrations in cow's milk are at their highest(and likely doing the utmost damage, as the research shows) As the statics show, there is an alarming increased rate in obesity, cancer and cardiovascular problems in young children and adults. With the recent discoveries about cancers and dairy products, I believe that dairy products are one of the main contributors to these deadly life draining diseases. I do miss the delicious taste of cheese, but if it will rob me of precious energy and a fruitful life, I will not take the chance and pass on the cheese and other dairy products, thank you.Cows don’t drink cow’s milk, so why do humans? What in the world are humans doing drinking cow’s milk? If a grown cow was offered milk, it would sniff it and say, “No, thanks, I’ll have the grass.” Think about it. Could our creator possibly have set things up in such a way that the only species on earth to drink cow’s milk would be human beings? Perhaps you are thinking to yourself, “what’s he thinking about, calves drink cow’s milk!” Exactly! Cow’s milk was designed and created for one purpose and one purpose only: to feed the young of the species. No animals drink or want to drink milk once they are weaned. Also, the enzymes necessary to break down and digest milk in humans are renin and lactase. They are all but gone by the age of three in most humans. There is an element in all milk known as casein. There is three hundred times more casein in cow’s milk than in human’s milk. That’s for the development of HUGE bones. Casein coagulates in the stomach and forms large, tough, dense, difficult-to-digest curds that are adapted to the four-stomach digestive apparatus of a cow. Edited by Agobot, : No reason given.

I believe that the levels of obesity and cancer are more likly due to the level of refined sugar and high-fructose corn syrup and other corn products. I don't have the statistics on hand but I understand that HFCS is much more potent source of empty calories.

I can see your point clearly now No you don't see ANYTHING(at least not clearly). We eat eggs but so do lots of animals(crocs, birds and lots of mammals). We eat beaf but so do large preditors. We eat asparagus but so do sharks and dolphins. We humans drink cow's milk but so do ... PLEASE finish the sentence. We eat asparagus but so do sharks and dolphins. Both sharks and dolphins have the wrong dentition to eat asparagus. Manatees would be much more suited to asparagus. Just a sec . nope you're right. I was thinking artichoke. Yeah, I wouldn't eat either, hotdogs and milk; that's my game. Kindly When I was young I loved everything about cigarettes: the smell, the taste, the feel . everything. Dogs in nature do not drink the calf's milk.

Makes one wonder what other unsupported assumptions are in your argument. What claim did you support with evidence? What animal is feeding(not fed by humans) on other animal's milk? What research did you present that the 60 hormones found in cow's milk are not damaging and causing cancer? Or the high levels of cholesterol that block blood vessels and cause heart attacks(one of the 3 leading causes of death worldwide)? You merely point out that someone's dog is drinking cow's milk when presented with the opportunity. And you try to make it out like... if his dog drinks milk, it's probably safe for us. Before you can jump to that conclusion and declare my findings wrong, you have to first find the arguments, the facts and the data. Edited by Agobot, : No reason given.
