How about a Best EvC Halloween Avatar costume contest?

Re: perceptions
we don't use Halloween as an excuse to be drunken exhibitionists either.
In my experiences (mid-20's), we definately use Halloween as an excuse to be drunken exhibitionists. I can't wait.
I wanted to dress up with some fake dynamite strapped to my chest and a towel on my head but my girlfriend said she wouldn't go with me dressed up like that.
I dunno if a terrorist would hang out with an undead (sexy) chearleader anyways, so I guess I'm gonna have to come up with another idea. Maybe I'll just get a mask, but it'll have to one of those half masks, from the lips up, so it doesn't get in the way of the drinking.

You could still dress up as a terrorist:
This one's famous:
or as Eric Rudolph:
or Paul Hill:

I didn't like the teeth on the other one.
I think I'll just hide my purpleness under my hat and take a catnap.
Wake me when the judging is over.

That first guy looks like he's got really long fingers. That second guy looks like he was trying to hold onto his crotch. The third guy looks like a pedophile to me.

Every year I try to get two friends to team up with me and go as two turntables and and a microphone. And every year, they're too afraid we'll wind up looking like a robot dong.
Plus, so few barbers know how to give you a devil's haircut.

Damn. I can't get the super genome costume.
No one knows what the thing looks like!
Guess I'll just have to go as a skeleton again this year...

Maybe you could just try a Francis Crick mask and a cape?

Those who would sacrifice an essential liberty for a temporary security will lose both, and deserve neither. -- Benjamin Franklin
