Well to be more correct with your analogy, shouldn't we then divert our military to bomb some obscure creek somewhere, designated by Bush and Co as a major "fountain" of water related emergencies?

Ack, you're right. New headline: US TO CONTINUE BOMBING TIGRIS AND EUPHRATES RIVER "We'll stop the water flowing into the ocean over there before the waters reach our shores," says Bush. He added by edit: "Our oceans can no longer protect us. In fact, they may be our worst enemy. Fighting the ocean is hard work."
