I nominate YHWH. Not content to wipe out the world`s population, He went on his merry way with His creation, disease. Millenia of plagues never satisfied His blood-lust. He is still active today, destroying an average of 15 million children a year with His biggies, malaria, diarrhoea, measles, HIV/Aids, acute respiratory infections.Pity His son took the cure for leprosy with Him.
