why do you say that? i didn't read too closely, but it doesn't sound all that unreasonable to me.

While it looks very reasonable to me as well, I think the numbers involved would cause a number of problems for people who like to look at things in a more ahem literal manner.....

I am hesitant to explain someone else's joke, but the title of the thread is "Straight off the boat" and the first paragraph from the site listed is:
