So I'm reading news.google.com today and found out that bush (or as I call him shrub) thinks that debating the American motives for going into Iraq is irresponsible:
Bush, who has faced a barrage of criticism over his handling of Iraq, said Americans know the difference between honest critics who question the way the war is being handled "and partisan critics who claim that we acted in Iraq because of oil, or because of Israel, or because we misled the American people."
He added, "So I ask all Americans to hold their elected leaders to account and demand a debate that brings credit to our democracy, not comfort to our adversaries."
Bush did not mention names, but aides said he was referring to Democratic Party chief Howard Dean, along with Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, and Sen. Dick Durbin, an Illinois Democrat.
White House spokesman Scott McClellan said it was irresponsible for Democrats to claim, as Dean, Reid and others have done, that Bush has no strategy for Iraq.
What a coward. So basically anyone that questions the motives of the administration or the information they feed us is a traitor. This guy never changes and is SUCH a joke

Poor choice of words IMHO
I don't think Bush is a coward. Instead, I think we are seeing a basic part of his makeup, one that has been evident throughout his whole life, from his business decisions to his choices of who should advise him to his decisions to invade Iraq. He is simply incapable of recognizing what evidence is or understanding challenges to things he believes are not attacks. It's not cowardice, just yet another example of his willfull ignorance.

Good point, the reason I used the word coward is that he seems to be deathly afraid of any criticism or debate over his positions. Virtually no news conferences, no responses to legitimate criticism....
Maybe coward is the wrong word, I'm not sure.

Freakin' hilarious, methinks, to have Bush calling folks "irresponsible." That's potkettleblackism at its zenith.

Add to that it is the purpose of Congress to check and watch the Executive Branch. He's actually attacking the foundations of the United States.
