It's more than an indication, Brad has stated that he IS
a creationist.I think he is an evolutionary creationist, though.His style has led some to suggest that Brad might be
a computer simulation ... but then couldn't we all Wade through his posts and you can get some interesting
ideas.

I have a feeling that he's probably very intelligent, but has so much to say that it all comes out at once. His ideas are always interesting, if you have the time to read his posts carefully and are prepared to use a dictionary for the harder words. No - your search function works perfectly well. I apologise for making it sound otherwise. Just that on a few new forums I have visited (and joined) - not this one however! - I ask a simple question only to face an onslaught of people screaming at me to use "search". Yet when someone else asks something similar a couple of days later they comply. It make me sad.And Moose thank you - I'll get started straightaway!------------------

Actually, some (including Percy, I believe) have made such a claim. But I am not one of the "discerners". Unfortunately, Brad's areas of knowledge, and mine, seem to have very little overlap.I have had some concern about Brad's sometimes disruptive effects, but I have been most reluctant to make such a public discussion. Thanks for the "pony up" all. If there is a GERMAN speaker here I need a little help with the word "Anschauung" but I supoose I should not complain and just look it up. It is becoming quite clear to me that Gregor Mendel may have used the same "active thought process" which appears in the English translation of Cantor's defintion of "set" but this is not the kind of work that I expect you to get into my threads as a take home from me rather for this kind of thing is more not on documentation (which tHIS is). I have always wondered if Husserl souped up some of Cantor's infinite philosophy at Halle but I have no "intution" for Mendel's land or Cantor's for that matter as I do abut Conneticut NOT being a part of NJ,NY and Penn. Mental illness looks more and more like simple social demotion to me as the years go by and nothing psychologically poor at all ever happens for me. I am sorry that it does for you. I can not help it but Mendel seems sooo much smarter to me than Darwin and after wading through thousands of Croizat's-Darwin-bashing I even find finding time to simply read Darwin, which is what Gould for one expects every good biologist to do, does a chore or task for me again rather than a field trip it was I willed panbiogeography to be. Concerning the noun "Anschauung"...
I'm a German native speaker, thus while my German is quite fine, my English translations might not make as much sense. I feel, however, that the translation offered by dotf does not quite hit the spot (at least in current usage). Anschauung would probably be translated with "view" or even "perception" (as in the translation Brad offered). Observation would correspond to "Beobachtung" in German.
