I want to continue this, because I feel the need to defend myself, and clear things up a bit. Especially with RAZD.
I thought I had, which is why I am more appalled at this behavior from you than I would be from others.
You have demonstrated yourself to be just another biased closed minded political activist christian hypocrite.
I want to make it very clear, and for the last time, that I am NOT FOR A STATE SPONSORED RELIGION.
A closed minded christian would not be in favor of letting the kids learn about all religions, including Satanism. I think I first learned about Satanism in school anyway, so I don't know why schrafinator is calling Bullshit on me.
It is not my job to teach kids about something I do not know about. It is my job to allow others who are more qualified to do it.
I still see nothing wrong with a moment of silent prayer in the morning. I am not for reading bible verses in school, during morning prayer.
So you can all take your predetermined opinions of me, and drop the BS. Have a great 4th. The day when we as a people endowed by our Creator celibrate our independence.
I am just as much as an American as you RAZD.

I say put this one on hold for a while
RR, my impressions is that you are one of the focal points of "topics going goofy". No, it's not just you, but you sure do seem to be the catalyst for it all.
Again my impression - I think version 1 of the topic ended badly, with a rapid fire exchange of short messages of dubious quality. I see no point in continuing such.
Other admins may feel different about this.

Re: I say put this one on hold for a while
I do feel like a catalyst, and it was rapid fire.
