Everyone:
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Regardless of the differance of opinions shared on this site, all of you have been a real blessing for me in the short time I've participated here.
I hope your holidays are all that you've hoped for, and that the season has some meaning for you beyond your everyday travels.
God bless us everyone.
-Shiloh

The same to you. I got titles for Christmas this year that may begin to appear in my posts if not only the booknook by authors of known confidence in the the BIBLE's Accuracy and Inerrancy:
The Long War Against God by Dr. Henry Morris
The Biblical Basis for Modern Science by Henry M. Morris
The Modern Creation Trilogy by Henry M. Morris and John D. Morris
and I am still in Virginia where I caught up with all three of my siblings who all went to VPI where Morris senior was a dept. chair.
I guess I could venture to say that the 2nd in the list above contains much on accuracy"".

Not presuming to second-guess an administrator, but doesn't post #5 above belong in the Haiku thread?
May your holidays continue a lifetime and may your lifetime be long and prosperous.

Re: Just a bumpy Christmas Carol
I am reading Eldrede's book in support of the NCSE this year. I am fairly certain I percieve a fundamental error in Eldridge's authorial mode of commenting on Provine and Johnson vs Provine or Johnson. It will be quite interesting to me if in following up Mammy's suggestion that there is a rift of a thrust difference between Gould and Eldridge that the ENTIRE MY generation (generally what goes on here) of Evolution writers (Zimmer etc) is only about the emprics of Eldridge's trilobites that I at least will have dismissed ANY NEWER issues raised by C/E posters a priori. That may sound extreme for someone not versed in years of watching the reversal or rehersal but I give it a new years resolution before I slam on the E-man for the worst of it all. Look for it in the book nook in the future. I'll try to do a good job in the review looking at how the book was written as well as what it says that I amay not already have read in it.
It seemed to me in watching the Provine-Johnson video that Provine in the 90s was presumeing something in the 80s he only presented as a possibility. It may have been debate strategy that Eldridge missed becuase of the better ability of Johnson to write. I'll bet Eldridge was likely correct to have said that by the time the TRIAL got to Morowitz the whole thing had descended into "low humor" which I guess is what our humor etc threads are for... Merry Christmassssss.
