This post is to provide scientific evidence for the existance of God. In here there is a clear evidence that the Islamic holy book of Qur'an is clearly the direct word of God to save humanity from athiest corruption. Visit this link and you will see mericles in this marvelous book that are direct evidence for the existance of God. You don't need to read alot, this site is well organized and you can check some of the mericles in Qur'an that will leave you amazed. So copy this site to the browser and check it:
http://harunyahya.com/...ation/miraclesofthequran/index.html
The mericles in the Qur'an are mostly scientific facts that are mentioned to humans in this holy book many centuries before they were discovered by modern science. Remember, the Qur'an was revealed 14 centuries ago where people had very limited knowledge about the universe, but the Qur'an clearly stated facts such as: roundness of Earth, the number of layers in the atmosphere, the expansion of the universe, the origin of the universe from an explosion (Big Bang), the development stages of the embyro, descriptions of the water cycle and rain and the cloud formations.
All this and much more can be found in the above link. IF you still dont believe then the below link shows you many non-muslim scientists from around the world who studied Qur'an and admitted that it must be the word of God.
http://www.geocities.com/...les/scientists_on_the_quran1.htm
Note: For those who think that the belief in God is against science, check the above links and you will see that Qur'an is the greatest supporter of science. Hence, God created the universe and the laws of science and he surley knowledgabel of the smallest details in the universe.
CAll: To all the religions of the holy books (Islam,Christianity,Judaism) and all other believers to unite in order to spread the words of God and put and end to athiesm and the widespread disbelief.

The first link is a collection of verses that fall into two categories.
One, like the supposed verses on relativity, is a collection of vaguely written verses taken out of context.
The other, like the verses supposedly acknowledging the earth is round, is simply common knowledge at the time.
Maybe you would like to share the one that you find most compelling?

You'r saying vague verses! well you say this because you do not understand them. About the roundness of Earth, people back then thought that Earth is as flat as a pie. If your best argument is vague then sorry, its unacceptable if you cannot understand the verses and their meaning since you never read what's in Qur'an.
By the way, what do you say about the other many mericles? they are clearly written and clearly point the scientific facts. And what do you say about the 2nd link, you dont have more knowledge than those scientists who admitted that Qur'an is the direct word of God.

About the roundness of Earth, people back then thought that Earth is as flat as a pie.
Not true. They thought it stationary.

This is untrue. Educated people knew that the earth was round for about a thousand years before Mohammed was even born. It was known in classical Greece, and was known by educated people since.

WE'r talking here about people in the 7th century and not in the middle ages. They had almost no scientific knowledge and specially in Arabia where the Qur'an was revealed.
Check the other mericles and you will see that they are written by the all knowing God.

Expansion of the Universe
What do you say about the verse when the Qur'an mentioned that the Universe is constantly expanding as proven by 20th century asrontomy? Did the people 14 centuries ago who had no telescopes, radars, space shuttles, or satallites prove this fact?
No, it must have been the Word of God the all knowing all wise.

They thought it is stationary! OK! But the Qur'an in that time claimed that the moon orbits Erath, that Earth orbits the Sun, and even mentioned that The Sun moves in Orbit (around the centre of the galaxy). Not only that, Qur'an mentioned that the entire universe is full of orbits and paths and not only our solar system. Did somebody in the 7th century back then possess a super telescope to obseve the entire galaxy?
No, and that proves that it must be the word of God the all knowing.

Re: Expansion of the Universe
Your supplied link certainly gives an interesting, er, translation. Here is the result of my search:
051.047
YUSUFALI: With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace.
PICKTHAL: We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof).
SHAKIR: And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample.
The quoted verses seems to be saying that God made the universe, and he made a pretty big one.
I can't find any other sources that claim the proper translation is that God is continually making the universe expand.

Re: Expansion of the Universe
Go to my link and check Qur'an and astronomy and you will see the mericles. This link has the best translation for the Qur'anic orignial script (Arabic)because it is an official site, dont just google translation becuase the sites are not official in google. I know Arabic and the original text clearly indicates that the universe is constantly expanding.

The verse from the Qu'ran:
021.033
YUSUFALI: It is He Who created the Night and the Day, and the sun and the moon: all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course.
PICKTHAL: And He it is Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. They float, each in an orbit.
SHAKIR: And He it is Who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all (orbs) travel along swiftly in their celestial spheres.
Of course the ancient people thought the sun and the moon traveled in orbits. You can look up in the sky and see the sun and the moon travel in orbits! The verse is talking about the sun moving about the earth.

18:86 "Till, when he reached the setting-place of the sun, he found it setting in a muddy spring, and found a people thereabout..."
Does the Koran suggest that the sun sets on the Earth in a muddy spring? Did God write that?

The verse was clear. It did not mention that the sun orbit Earth but the reverse and there are other verses that point the same fact.
When the verse mentioned the sun and moon each move in Orbit this means: Moon orbits Earth and Sun orbits the centre of the galaxy.
