Delete my account and threads and posts

Can someone please help. I need my account and threads and posts deleted please and thank you.

Why?

Are you hiding from the cult? Trying to land a job?Are we disreputable?

I'm pretty sure Percy, our overlord, master programmer and bar tender, can make the necessary deletions from his local resident database but the internet never actually deletes anything, ever. If you have been here for more that a microsecond then your account is the least of the information already logged about you that will never be lost. And yes, all your previous messages are probably already in the Wayback Machine.But making such things less easily available, if not actually taken down, may meet a psychological comfort need. But, if you're thinking you can escape or hide from your online past then, no, that is not going to happen.

I can personally attest to that.Around 1999, I created my first website mainly to repost my creation/evolution articles for CompuServe. It was hosted on America OnLine (AOL), but then AOL suddenly left the web-hosting business in 2008 giving us only about one month notice. In 2011, I recreated my site, http://dwise1.net, through GoDaddy. But then in 2018 I learned that my old site had been saved on the WayBack Machine. My version entry on that:

It should be noted that there are some archive sites on the Web, such as the Internet Archive WayBack Machine. Parts of my original AOL website are included in such an archive site. This could cause some confusion in that it causes me to have two sites, effectively two versions of the same site, that you could arrive at through a search engine. I can change the content of one site, this one, but not of the archived site. Fortunately, this site does not try to access any part of the archived site and the archived site knows nothing of this site.

I discovered this in the past year when I received an email pointing out something on one of my pages that needed correcting, maybe a broken link. My page didn't contain that error, but then I looked more closely at the URL and saw that it was archived from AOL and it was something that I had already corrected on my current site. I replied with that information and apologized since I could not change what was in the archive, but I refered him to my new site here.

In addition, a creationist and I had an extended correspondence in which he kept lying about what we had previously written (he's a pathological liar, AKA a creationist), so I had to constantly repost from past emails (I always archived them, a habit I developed on CompuServe). At one point, he made a particularly vicious personal accusation but refused to tell me what I had written saying "I never save anything". So I provided him with the entire body of our emails in the form of a web page (the only way I knew of for that amount of material) and pointed him to it about twenty (20) times to which he just kept saying "I never save anything." I put it in a free account (tripod) I had gotten for my CGI class -- the only recipient of the URL was him via email, since I only intended it for his benefit and no one else's, yet in the past 24 years it has made its way to Google. It's still there and I still have the login information and can still log in, but the web site has been orphaned from the account so I no longer have any control over it. I would delete those pages if I could, but I cannot.

I'm not hiding anything I just want it deleted please and thank you.
