I'll soon be releasing a new website for discussing articles from media outlets. The unique contribution is that it lists the articles by day for each media site, and there can be comments/discussions for each article.
I'm crawling before I walk. Initially it will just have Washington Post articles, but I'll soon be adding the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, CNN, Axios, Politico, The Hill, etc.
I need suggestions for the site name. I should have asked earlier because I'm ready to buy a domain name, release it, and let this thing start taking baby steps. The working name for the site is NewsTalk. The NewsTalk.com domain name is already taken, so I'd just go with something like NewsTalkGo.com.
But is there a better name than NewsTalk?
Motivation for the website is the poor functionality of existing comments sections, and the number of outlets that don't have comments sections. The Washington Post closes the comments section for an article after a few days, while the New York Times includes a comments section on only around 10% of its articles, and it too closes comments sections after a few days. These are both pay sites. CNN doesn't have comment sections for articles. Neither do Axios or Politico, and I didn't check any others.
The comments sections that do exist are under featured. Finding one of your old posts is difficult at the Post and impossible at the Times unless you saved the email notification for each comment. Finding someone else's posts isn't possible anywhere.
Anyway, please help me out with a name.

I *really* want .com. Maybe it makes much less difference than it used to, but I've always regretted not using evcforum.com.
If I went with TalkNews as the site's name then I could check the availability of domain names like TalkNewsGo.com and so forth.

TalkNews
Talk News is a good title.

The only problem there is that one has to subscribe to each service. I only get a limited number of free articles before I am asked to subscribe.

Username Question
I've been debating with ChatGPT (and losing) about whether it's a good idea to allow spaces in user login names at the new website I'm working on. It argues that ambiguity, security and legacy concerns are legitimate and real and so rules spaces out. I've argued that these might have been legitimate concerns in the ancient software past, but no longer. It responded that I have a point, but that the concerns it listed are still real, and then it added the additional problem of consistency when interfacing with other systems and databases.
Personally I think ChatGPT is wrong on all points, but it's tireless and I'll never win this debate. Are there any strong feelings here about spaces in user login names? My rules are that there can be no leading/trailing spaces, multiple spaces become a single space, and a tab becomes a space. You can enter as many extra spaces/tabs as you like when registering or logging in, but the end result will always be the same name with no leading/trailing spaces and only single spaces embedded.

Re: Username Question
If you're talking about this website, then I could hardly care less, if there's ONE thing this site needs it's simpler handing of images, not twiddles on usernames.
If you're talking about a different website, read the above.

No, not this one. This one already supports spaces in user login names. I've had literally no problem supporting this, but I still can't win a debate with ChatGPT.

Your wish is my command. What is it you desire? I'm guessing you want the ability to just paste in the image URL without having to use the [img] code, or the ability to drag/drop, or both. The former is easy and I'd just do it, the latter not so much and would have to wait.
The new website's message box is WYSIWYG with image drag/drop, but the URL option is also available.

What would you guess media outlets' legal departments would do to those who make their content available for free on the Internet?
The New York Times didn't even wait for my website to go live before threatening to shut me down. They didn't like the way I was using their API (it was for testing) and threatened to shut down my API access. One thing they said they don't like is websites with lists of links to NYT articles, and they feared that's what I was planning to do. I had to grovel. When (probably more like if) they do eventually see the website they won't like what they see. I'd be willing to invest a little money on a "fair use" lawsuit, and there's probably already legal precedent in my favor, but if the NYT decides to be uncooperative (i.e., cut off my access regardless) there's little I could do about it.
Why the NYT doesn't like lists of links to their articles is beyond me. It seems to me that links to their content *and* its advertising is exactly what they would want.

The latter I'm afraid. It's becoming harder and harder to find images that are jpg or equivalent or not behind a logged in site. These days I just snip the image and paste it directly into a forum.
In Mac terms, command+shift+4, draw outline round image, save to clipboard, paste to forum.
