A Creationism Sandbox for candle2

I am proposing this topic for the purpose of providing a place for candle2 to post his nonsense about evolution and for us to reply and try to explain everything to him. This is to correct the recurring situation in which he drags a topic off-topic, such as has currently happened in the topic, Choosing a faith.I call it a "sandbox" after the software development approach of that name, in which the developer sets up a testing environment isolated from live/on-line applications so that the inevitable bugs will not impact live systems -- I'm sure that Percy employs this approach, especially when making large changes to the forum software. The term is also used in computer security where a sandbox is an isolated controlled environment in which to run suspected software harmlessly.Hence, I call this a sandbox since it is to isolate our doomed-to-failure attempts at discussion with candle2. Of course, anyone can join in.This will also keep us from polluting driewerf's topic, the tip of the iceberg, which we can use for more general discussion of creationism.Of course, the big challenge will be to get candle2 to come here. I had tried the same thing with my topic, Radiocarbon Dating Discussion with candle2, in order to pull discussion of his false radiocarbon dating claims off to its own topic, but all indications are that he has never bothered to even look, let alone go there.

I understand and sympathize with what you're trying to do, but we require the evolution discussion threads to have a focused topic. "Explaining everything" is too broad.Perhaps you can think up a topic for the Creation/Evolution Miscellany forum. The "miscellany" part of the name just means that the topics don't fit neatly into any of the other science forums, not that the topics themselves are miscellanies, but it does provide a place where you can be creative in defining your topic area.
