Well, I clicked the reply button under Oni's post in the "World cup" thread, to congratulate him. I typed my message, previewed it, and then hit "submit". Then I got an error message, so I hit the "back" button on my browser and tried again, same error. So, I went to the topic proper again and tried the whole thing again a couple of times. Every time I got the same error message. Then I checked the "all topics" page, I noticed I had in fact posted 5 times to the thread. I don't remember the exact message, I do remember it telling me to send an e-mail to "**********", and since I didn't know that adress, I didn't send a mail. That's when I tried to recreate the problem here, to see if I could get the exact error message again, but everything went fine. Edited by Admin, : Security.

The problem you encountered is now fixed for the "post a message" function, but it could occur again for other functions. It happens because I enabled a "report potential security hole" feature, and I'm hoping members will report the problem each time they see one. Look for a message that says something like:
Insecure $ENV{PATH} while running with -T switch at MailLib.pm line 106. The portion that should always be there will be "while running with -T switch at". Hi Phat - there's no point repeating that test, it's fixed now for that function.

Glad you got the board up and running. I cannot get the "goto first unread post" arrow symbol to disappear. I click the folder icon and then the arrow blinks a bit but then never goes away. I can go into the thread itself and then come back and it is gone, but not by simply clicking the folder to its right.
